As title!! :D On the M1 Friday evening, no he wasn't in the slow lane, parked on the hard shoulder, or going the other way on the other side. He was in the outside lane (No/ 4) and he wasn't hanging about either. As I joined the motorway from the Junction 21A (southbound) he came past me in lane 4, so I floored Eliza, caught him up and then past him on the inside (lane 3), just in time before I exited at junction 21 :dance: :dance: :dance: :duffer: :tongue: He must of been really pissed off :rofl:

It's NOT!!!!!!!! I was thinking this when I was considering my rear fog options. The UK one has a recess both side that the fog lamp then screws in to, the one in the pic is simply cut out then attached (actually not a bad option, if you can find them) Many options are covered in the Fog Lamp FAQ, please take a look, it also has a link the the rules and regulations web site that covers all this (and more) OK, so the UK bumper isn't the best looking in the world, but it is the most legal combined with looks (as in, those ones that hang down look shite!!) Take a note that converting the inner brake lamps is a good mod if you want to keep the OEM looks, but, in the letter of the law, is illegal! (check link in FAQ, as brake and fog will be touching each other) Converting the R/H reversing lamp really cuts down on your reversing lighting ability, and DOES NOT meet the MOT requirements properly (although it would probably pass) Also removing a temp fog lamp after an MOT, and driving around without one really (IMHO) isn't very clever. What happens if you come across some fog when out driving? The fog lamp is there so that other drivers know that YOU are there, it's YOUR protection. It's like driving around in the daytime when it's foggy without you front fog lamps on. They aren't there for your benefit, they are there so that OTHERS know where you are!!................... Oppsssss, sorry, that's a little pet subject of mine. I'll shut up now :D

I've got the whole lot on VHS, and am in the process of transferring all that lot onto DVD, which means I get to watch them all again :D I've had series 8 on video since it was shown on TV, but NEVER got around to watching it :headvswal Arr well, i will now :D I saw the date on the titles when I watched series one the other night, 1987!! That makes them almost as old NOW, as I was when they first came out!!! Oh God, that makes me feel really old :(

I often buy stuff over the internet, as I'm sure quite a few others do on here. I've purchased stuff for the Zed as well as stuff for myself from Japan, Hong Kong, Europe and the USA. I've used Ebay (worldwide) Amazon (Both UK and Japan) as well as a few other places.... I've just recently discovered an on-line book supplier called abebooks.com. I found these when I was looking for a rare book that my dad wanted. I found it at various prices (some really fooking stupidly high, like over $250!!), but settled on a good condition over in the US, i orded it and was informed that it could take 21 to 36 business days to arrive. It arrived just over a week later! So i was well impressed with the service, which works much the same as amazon, with the used second hand section. So a few weeks ago i used abebooks.com again to find a couple of items that i was after, I found them and orded them both (from different book stores, both in the US). Again they both stated 21 to 36 business days. They were shipped on the 4th and 6th October, they haven't arrived yet, so looks like they are going to take the full time this time around :rolleyes: After I placed this order, I won something on Ebay over in the US, I payed for it along with shipping over to the UK (less than either of the other two books) Now this item (another book) weighed about the same as one of the first ones, but cost less to ship, it arrived about a week later!! How come I've payed less for shipping to a private individual than i have to a book store, and he's managed to ship the item straight over to me, yet I'm still bloody waiting for this over one that I've payed a lot more to be shipped? In the meantime, I've also had at least four items arrive from Hong Kong (always impeccably packaged!!I'm always impressed with the packaging from Hong Kong) I just don't get it, i think somebody must be swimming all the bloody way over the Atlantic with my two books :headvswal

It controls your spark plugs, and problems would be running related, ie; lack of!! It's mounted on the front right hand side cam belt cover. Unless you move it to somewhere else, mines under the centre panel between the lights. As you may have already read, you could change it to a series two PTU, unless you already have one, in which case you shouldn't have much of a problem with it in the first place. HTH

They come with a male bullet connector on (female bullet on the loom side, within the lamp body) Simply buy a standard H3 (comes with a male spade connector) snip the female bullet off the loom side, and crimp a female spade on in it's place, JD!!!! Depending on you interpretation of the word 'Copy' ;) An 'illegal' copy of the software would not be a good idea, the reason being.... You have to register your version of the software BEFORE it will work, this is done via text sms. It then send an unlocking ms back to your phone and allows the software to work!! Yep agree with this, great cam. I've got a 1 Gb card fitted as well. I'm also running the Route 66 Sat-Nav software on it (runs on ALL Symbian 3 software phones) A couple of work collegues have the Sony K800's as well, quite nice phones as well.
