Fuses are located just to the right of your accelerator pedal in the footwell. There's a link with an English translation of what fuse is what. I'll try and find it for you. Simon.

how can i get the bonnet open if no battery?
My driver's door lock is the same as your's and has been delocked so it just spins. This is because my remote actuator works the mechanism inside the door. The "signal" that the lock has been moved is passed to the passenger door which operates in tandem. The lock for that door, however I discovered hadn't been manually disconnected, and although it took a while to work, by using the key in the passenger lock I was finally able to get into my car. Long chance maybe, but see if you are able to get in through the passenger door. A lot of gentle persuasion to get the lock to move was required as it hadn't been in over a year's ownership, and don't snap that key!!! Good luck mate, Simon.

how can i get the bonnet open if no battery?
Have you tried using a long hook, getting in the car between driver's door glass and edge of targa, and hooking the manual release for the boot? Simon.

Digging a pit. Info needed!
Leigh, Check with building regulations and your insurer. Some won't allow or insure you. It is possible to externally waterproof your pit ( a pond in reverse :D ) although any waste you lose into the pit would need to be removed internally. Can be a pain if you are bringing in a wet car, or spill oil. A french drain is basically a sloping trench to take away the water. Obviously at the bottom of a pit it would be a clay lined, gravel filled affair, allowing the waste liquid to soakaway into the ground. Again here you have to check with building regs and environmental health to ensure you are not spilling oils etc. Sorry to be so negative, Simon.
