  1. i think if it has got apexi turbos on it and everything else to make them work then its a bargain, get rid of the rear lights and stick 99 specs on, put the interior back to standard and i recon it would be a very nice car :)
  2. if you have big enough lifiting equipment i would leave it on as its much easier and quicker, we always leave it on ;)
  3. its about £8750 including costs in japan then your import duty etc so i bet its going to be about £11-12k OTR over here ;)
  4. i only have this other pic. its for sale, basic price is 1.8m so its not cheap LOL Mike
  5. Just spotted this in Japan :) 390mm 8 pot brembo SLR brakes front and 380 4 pot SLR brakes rear :D Bet that stops pretty well, just a shame it needs 20's to clear them and they look kak :p Mike
  6. i went via a guy i used from ebay, but the ford one is slightly more advanced than my renault one but so far i am well impressed. if you want his details then let me know Mike
  7. Well finally changed my diesel car to..........urm another diesel car  Needed something more involved to drive and an estate so after trying a few i spotted a mondeo st tdci and got it for a great price ;) So far i have had a remap with a switch in the cabin to switch it off, switch to low and to high and i tell ya what a difference :) to start with its 155 bhp and silly amounts of torque but with the remap at full its approx 185 and stupid amounts of torque :hyper: so for a diesel its bloody fast, in fact for a front wheel drive car its possibly too much torque as it spins the front wheels to 3rd gear now ;) Also installed some rear head rests with built in screens/dvd players, now that was a bitch to do :smw: So over all very please with my purchase, just need to get my private plate off the wifes car and she aint happy about it LOL Mike
  8. thank god for that, what a total idiot he is!! the FA should never have employed a guy with no experience of managing a big team never mind one of the biggest jobs in world football!! so to a degree i blame them but as a manager he never got it right until recently when due to injury he stumbled on a decent formation and balance of the team so what happens when we have a real chance of making something happen on home soil?? He changes it again. Fookin knob but at least i can arrange a holiday for next summer now LOL
  9. :D Sad thing is i only bought the xbox to play halo 3 and once i finished it i havnt switched it on since
  10. Nope :D Got a few though
  11. competition for you all. on the first pic you can see some pictures of some of my old cars, first person to guess them all gets a prize ;)
  12. its angled down towards the settee ;) i wanted it pretty high to take it away from my deck, saying that i have wired the laptop into it as well so if it was lower it would be a hell of a monitor :D
  13. Decided to have a change around as the wife is always moaning when either me or the little one wants to play the games consoles so decided to transform my home office into an office/games room :) Its not a huge room so it was struggle getting everything in there :hyper: but there all in there and its superb :D Mike
  14. what a sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHBUFqoJAgs
  15. bloody hell, forgot you had this ;) yeh when its done would love to see the old gal again :)
  16. Obviously the RPS twin plate carbon clutch is a very good clutch but its also expensive, i think you will be pushing any other RPS clutch to its ragged edge so it wont last long, the only other one i would recommend would be the twin plate OS giken clutch, again its the best part of £800+ but its a cracking clutch
  17. i do like them but i just wonder if i bought one would i always wish id bought the audi or bmw?
  18. Must admit ive been looking at this car instead of an audi or a bmw as its £4-5k cheaper?? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/282861.htm May go and have a look at it this week :)
  19. even though it looks very realistic i know for a fact john riise who plays for liverpool does not earn anywhere near £100k a week +++ Steven Gerrard earns about £90k a week and he's the top earner at Liverpool only matched by Torres
  20. same company as my link ;)
  21. just had an email from paypal saying i'm responsible for posting and packaging it back to the seller before they have to refund me?? i thought paypal was there to protect me? so i will be £15 out of pocket posting it and i dont get my £15 postage back? so for a £85 changer its going to cost me £30 hmmm scumbags
  22. Bought a cd changer for the father in law for his 307, its an in dash oem fit one. Paid £85 plus £15 postage and granted it came in good time, and was very well packaged. Fitted it, took it to the peugeot garage to have it programmed to find out cd 4 and 5 dont work :( So contacted the seller who was very funny saying it was working perfect when it left and hinted that i wanted to return a dodgy one and keep their good working one :nono: I mean yeah i do that sort i thing, buy up all the good working cd changers and send broken ones back  So i registered a paypal dispute but they want me to return the item at my own cost so they can have it checked before possibly issuing a refund but i have said, hold on a minute, you wouldnt send it to me without me paying so issue a refund in full and i will then post it back at my own cost? am i right ti do this? Also in they ad it states it does not need programming by peugeot which turns out to be rubbish as the ecu which controls the audio needs to have the cd changer controls switched on by the peugeot so thats also misleading :nono: So am i right in asking for the goods to be refunded and am i right to demand i get the refund straight away? its just i got stung recently when i sent the goods back and they claimed they never recieved the goods back so never issued a refund and paypal then dont cover it!! Mike
