Hi, guy near me has a tatty uk manual zed, solid but with a few small dents here and there. Thing is, he's offered it to me + then said "oh yes, did tell you it runs on the latest system lpg didnt i? " + has says he has no aggro with it. Now he wants £2500 ish, anyone know any other sucessful zed conversions, or where to get info, or advise from? opinions? :(

Have a look at the back of the fusebox for any obvious loose wires etc

Insurers will sometimes put a policy 'on hold' if YOU cannot drive it , then you could start it again after rebuild.

The foam used under laminate flooring is good for use it the boot floor+ taped to the back of the carpet.Light too.

I've had these on my tuned bikes, really good. You can set carbs up reasonably well, still fine tune after with a dyno run+ set up though. They are invaluable when the throttles wide to see instantly any engine melting leanout...

sv650 is a good at everything bike.Nice and light, without leaping over bumps. Easy to be gentle with in the rain, but handles well in the dry too. Leathers are a pia, new goretex stuff is good for all weather You do get a lot of good biking days through the winter, no bugs,leaves, or heat. Sometimes quite enjoy being in the rain, no problem with hot grips+ decent gear + theres always the zed for back up :tongue:

Nickelback with black stone cherry supporting did an awesome show at the 02 last month. I felt like it was a great pub gig, with lots of 'jamming' and some great pyrotechnics. Guns and roses with fat axl + izzy stradlin was good in 2006 too.Shame no slash. Even def leppard rocked at the wembley arena last year.

I think its because he was trying to sell it as complete up and going, whereas it actually needs wheel spacers+ a lot of other little bits, hence halving the price. he answered all my questions+ seems genuine, another one too far from me...

Pink in concert in 2006. Amazing show, at one point she was wrapped in a huge piece of silk+ sang while hanging from her foot. Never seen anything like it before or since. Didnt hurt that the place was knee deep in young women :-)

Try the connection to the ptu, Your zed had a bit of a rubbish clip on it.On left front of engine, under intake pipes.Its the connector, rather than the ptu unit. Whats the brake problem? Btw,it has a rebuilt mk2 master cylinder on it.
