0 is better than 10 when stone cold - its common sense. If you get rattles and tapping for a split second when starting from cold ,the thinner the cold viscosity the quicker it will get there = less start up wear.

I think the lorry drivers should demand fuel tax be cut from 300% to 200% , jesus thats still £2 tax on every gallon, although a slightly more acceptable rate of extortion! When the government say no, lorry drivers should all have a weeks holiday at the same time, i think this would be quite effective. Then they should demand the 40mph speed limit on A/B roads be raised and if it isnt they'll have 2 weeks holiday at the same time!!

You cant blame the Tories for ALL the Crap that has happened in the past, some of it yes but not all of it. Things / circumstances change and there isn't always a political policy behind it. Whoever gets in power next year, when we will probably see the end of the housing boom and possibly a decline or reccession, will not be responsible for that. But the opposition and its supporters will gladly hold them responsible.

LOL Tim i know, but we are the smartest muppets on our little rock. JD, yeah they all tuck us up thats their job, but if you're interest is in cars you should check out their transport/motoring policies and when it comes to the general election next year help get rid of Labour and their car hating safety camera loving policies. If you dont vote and the Lib Dem lot get in power you could wave goodbye to your Z as they'd have 20mph speed limits on most roads and camera you to death. The Tories say they'll scrap the camera partnerships and give some freedom, not so much PC crap.

Ba5stards! A good lawyer will overturn this but in the mean time they're just making a scapegoat of the poor bloke. I flash cars all the time when i see a scam van - even that is a so-called offence! IMO power mode is not needed at all unless you're towing something up hill, which is unlikely in a Z! If you boot it in normal mode it will still red line.

Most ppl say the other car has to be insured, but i drove a second car registered in someone elses name and not insured by anyone for about a year. I phoned my ins' company to confirm in writing that it was legal and i would be covered third party to drive any uninsured car, and they did. So all you ppl with two cars, register the second in ya mums name and drive both on one policy. Could be handy for speed camera offences too!

My mate had a cerbera speed six about 2/3 years ago, quickest car ive ever been in - awesome acceleration, but it was going back to the dealer in Exeter every other week, it really was a pig! Eventually he had enough and sold it. Is the speed six Tvr's own engine?
