  3. It is difficult but it can be done (if you like the stripped out race look anyway! ;) :D) Leigh.

I feel violated by that image. :wack:   ;)
  10. And Little Britain! :D
  11. John and I have very similar custom single exit systems although whereas mine was built in Japan, his was made by Leon at Alunox in Wrexham. Great bloke, outstanding craftsmanship. My system is very good, but the one he made for John is absolutely flawless...and the sound is phenomenal! Lol! :D HTH Leigh.
  12. Happy Birthday matey! :duffer:
  13. I just used CTRL+Prt Screen and copied it into Paint where I saved it, put it into my photobucket album and linked it ;) :)
  14. Quality! Blimey, it's like lookin' in a mirror
  15. That's weird, I was just looking at those rims and thinking how much I want them but couldn't afford the price for 'em new! WheelMania "Savage" if I'm not mistaken, forged, ultra light weight and designed to fit over a big brake set-up...I want! Tell him to sell 'em to me Bob! ;) :D Leigh. P.S. On a different note have the in car aerials come in yet Bob? ;)
  16. Depends on the type of vent I think mate. I got shot of the repeaters and smoothed them over myself as 1) I think it looks good without them (with or without a vent ;)) and 2) it makes fitting the arches I have in mind easier (I keep praying I can still afford to do this!). Not sure I'm 100% sold on Vinz's type you know Chris...a vertically sited vent might also look good as oppose to the Aston's horizontal style ones. Leigh
  17. Nice one mate, really appreciate that, exactly what I was looking for! Cheers fella! :D Leigh.
  18. B*LLOCKS! I wish people would get their bloody facts straight! Just rang the alloy wheel company back and luckily spoke to a different guy. He told me that he'd actually had a customer try the 19" wheel in question on a Zed and it wouldn't clear the front caliper....which means it would be even worse off on mine with the GTR set-up! He said that although they were basically a Veilside copy, they didn't have the same "x" factor (he tried to describe what he mean't by that but he wasn't very clear! Basically it referred to the amount of clearance you'd have between the alloy and the caliper). If I hadn't spoke to that guy though I would've ordered them and ended up with a set of wheels I couldn't use, so I guess I should be thankful. Bugger. Bugger. Bugger. Bugger. Bugger.  Leigh.
  19. As Rolf would say, "Can you tell who it is yet?" :(
  20. Will PM you this evenin' bud ;)
  21. Mine's already lowered within an inch of it's life with a crackin' Bilstein set-up (check out my Rides or Journal for pics;)). TBH I'm a bit concerned I won't get any rubbing!
  22. Cheers for that bud :) I was also worried that they might look too big for the car, but the 19's look perfectly in proportion to the car body, which is reassuring!
  23. Sorry, could've sworn I heard my name just then...Lol! [cough]Apexi AVCR for sale soon[cough];) Glad to hear John got it sorted after I left bud and twas good to see you and Rich!
  24. Bloody hell mate, and I thought I did well! ;)
  25. As some of you may know I'm currently in the market for some new alloys to finish off my project Zed. I was dead set on getting 18's and have always sworn that I'd never go any bigger for fear of f*cking up the handling, however...there is a distinct possibility I may be able to get hold of a set of 19's in exactly the style I want in the perfect width fitment (8 1/2" on the front, 9 1/2 on the back) for a VERY reasonable amount of money. So, my dilemma: should I go for it? Would there actually be any detrimental effects, and if so, what would they be? What do we reckon people? Really don't want to screw things up! :) Cheers, Leigh.
