  1. They all pretty much leak from there if you have a leak, after checking all my rubbers, i discovered as above post that the window needs adjusting to make a tighter fit on to the rubber. My N/A has always leaked and still does, my UK tt does not leak and when i compare the two, i can see the rubber at the top of the glass on the UK protruding over the rim of the top of the glass and my N/A does not, so adjust window and it should solve the issue.
  2. All the best Jason, hope you had a great day
  3. I would even go 1500 up to 2500 wet and dry then G3 with a buffer
  4. In the tech section i put up several coloured wiring diagram pdf's http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?151003-Colour-wiring-diagrams
  5. I dont use a tv aerial, just sky dish, but the only issue with using any dish, is really bad rain will hamper the signal, but its quite rare that it happens and only in serious weather conditions. As Andrew mentioned a freesat box is the way to go, as all the free channels that are available are on it, unlike the sky digibox, some free channels are not available without subscription.
  6. Looking good Daz, i take it you dont need the panel anymore? Just had no time lately to get it sorted and sent.
  7. She wouldnt know what to buy me for the zed lol, i usually buy what i want for it without telling her
  8. Superb personal gift , so much better than aftershave :lol:
  9. I got an Aston Martin thrill ride last xmas and did it this October, was a fantastic day and a great experience, you go round the track with an instructor who tells you when to brake, when to change gear, when to floor it and they have the mirrors angled for them so all you have to do is steer it  you will love it
  10. Merry xmas mate, have a great day in the nice warm weather
  11. Merry Christmas to everyone, hope you have a fantastic day and heres to a busy and successful 2014 :pint: :pint:

  14. It is a disappointment Gary, but considering its driven everyday, i cant complain really :thumbup1: I should have kept on top of little bits and it would have sailed through, but been too busy of late
  15. Well car failed the MOT today, on a split steering gator, can you bloody believe it  unfortunately cant get one in time for today so going to leave it till after xmas, only advisories were the front and rear brake pads, which i have had for some time but with the weather recently couldnt get it done. Im not happy that it failed as it has passed every year, but im happy its nothing major :thumbup1:
  16. .:happybday: All the best Kim, hope all is well with you

  20. As Boldy will tell you, unless its 2k paint, it will look flat and comes to life when its clear coated, i wouldnt worry lol, mine looks like primer, oh hold...... on it is primer
  21. There are a few speedo convertors around which do not work or are badly made, to make sure it is wired correctly check out the tech faq section for the diagram http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?117157-speedo-delimiter-box-wiring If the wiring is fine, get hold of another convertor or go for the UK clocks, they will read in MPH and raise the limit and do not require a convertor.
  22. Welcome to the club Dan, i have an NA and just bought a TT, the NA is a good everyday car ( not the most economical daily drive lol) and reasonably hassle free and isnt slow by any means, but a TT does have the extra grin factor and is more tunable to achieve more power, but can be costly in the tubs dept, if you dont do your homework :thumbup1:
  23. I hate ebay now, it used to be a great place to get a bargain or sell something you dont need anymore, hey what its supposed to be  but they seem to look after the buyer now, far more than the seller, which is  after all its the seller they make the fees from and take those fees regardless, take now and fight later  Give them a ring, you will get nowhere very quickly using the resolution centre, bloody useless. Hope you can get it resolved asap :thumbup1:
  24. Happy Birthday Steve, have a great day
  25. Im not quite sure what your trying to achieve that hasnt or isnt already done, look forward to seeing some pics, might become clearer lol
