Does your interior light come on when you open the door? if not check the fuse at the bottom left of your fusebox.

TT clutch in a NA how is it possible?
No only the front half of the prop is the same length, but you could get Jeff to make you a one piece TT box to N/A dif, sorted.

fitting uk belts into a proper zed (lol)
Most Jap belts no longer retract properly, there are some mods you can do to improve them but the UK belts seem a whole lot better. Another reason, is when you try to open the passenger door, with a passenger in the seat, although very funny, they get strangled as you open the door

If you pull the carpet back you will see a black round sticker over the hole for the mounting point for the bottom of the seatbelt and it does have a captive nut in place. The only pain is the B pillar.

How did you manage to get the plate that high up into the inside of the pillar? Im getting mine welded to the outer skin with the captive nut recessed in the hole. It will bring it out a couple of mill for the plastic window cover, but i think i can work around that.

Im doing this now, just need to get the plates welded to the B pillar. The hole is there but no captive nut pre '92 IIRC, they are there on some if not all after '92. The rear seatbelts fit fine with no extra work as all the holes/nust are there. I bought some FIA approved seat belt plates, cut them down slightly, opened up the hole a bit in the B pillar to fit the captive nut, just need them welding now and im good to go. You can get the UK top door cover which will cover the old seat belt hole and yes its part of the door structure lol

What bulb for brake light on 89-spec spoiler?
I believe these are the ones you need, they are a T10 base(capless) but not an ordinary 501. http://www.zcentre.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.tpl&product_id=334&category_id=61&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=7

Aluminium Prop
Definitely cheaper from zedworld after you take into consideration the import duty, which when i bought one a few years ago from the states was around £52 extra.

Then that might be your culprit.

why is paasenger door not locking on central locking and windows slow
No the Toad alarm was already fitted when i got the car. An idea for the pass door not locking, check the bottom left fuse, is your interior light on when you open the door?

You should have solenoids in the door as standard for the central locking, but yes mine are triggered from the fob with the alarm.

No Mate, i dont, infact i dont even use my door locks with a key, just the fob key. You might have a problem with the power window amp in the door, how does the frivers window seem.

Check that the solenoid is working, when you press the button and have you got enough juice in your battery, window motor might be struggling with lack of power

I would have just driven off then lol, but now youve left all your details, you just have to wait and see if the other driver persues it. Chances are he may not even be insured, so cant do anything, you never know.

Fitting a LED third brake light
Looking good mate, this may help http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-x-48cm-48-LED-PVC-Flexible-Strip-Car-Light-RED-Neon-/200580028565?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2eb3805895 You would only need to hot glue in place, they are available in 24cm too, but can be cut at every 3 leds to size. Might be worth looking at for the price and less work lol
