  1. Although red is best, go for the younger UK car. FSH is vital for TT. (Iirc the ptu is better on the '92.)
  2. Have inner tubes fitted. Try your local Yellow pages; not worth spending loads on carriage. (I paid £100 for refurb.)
  3. You were quite right not to buy that modified TT that had the higher miles and no history.
  4. No, let's be fair to Stu. He's had a lot of bad luck so he'd be expecting the worst. Honestly, who has never made a error?

Get TT otherwise you'll only wish you had. Look for one with a good history and you'll likely be ok.
  7. Get in one and try it out, then see how long it takes to stop grinning.

Zed! Running costs? who cares. (Um, "if you need to ask - you can't afford it.")
  11. Looks fine, only danger would be if Customs picks it up you will pay duty and v.a.t. and a fee for carrier to collect v.a.t. I think that Smithy does twin intake. Unless you really are going need great wads of air - 400bhp+ - then the Apexi cone (Which is big) is a better use of money.
  12. That's really neat spraying - missing the table.
  13. You'll find AndyZ in the traders section. £20; see Membership and Club Enquiries.
  14. re. pic u need to be a subscribed member. try AndyZ for parts.
  15. Just in case you've not caught the site, try: http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/october03/project_zx/ (Put wrong link b4)
  16. Good decision! Look here! http://www.300zx.org.uk/tech_20.htm Service History!
  17. Why not run the ecu test?
  18. Do you get code 34 also? Pull the plug off the cas, give the contacts a light treatment with fine file. Try similarly for the det sensor.
  19. Hi Lee, The wheels are 8.5" and have Pirelli 245.40.ZR18 P Zero. Same price that I paid, £720 + carr thnx Simon
  20. Book says 80w-90 for UK. (i.e. cold to warm areas.) So, yes.
  21. I'd be surprised if the torque to release the nuts is the same as used to tighten. Air drivers can have the torque at 80ftlb, surely?
  22. Fine - use it when you want and not, when you want. Ideal. ;)
  23. These are the wheels.
  24. From what I've seen so far, sounds like you should talk to the guys at SE Nissan. Nitro? Not fer road car. Who d'you think will insure that?
  25. No, no! Soon as I get rid of them, or have them milled, the stds are going.
