  1. Does anyone know what power a MAF will limit a TT to? Have to start thinking about the mapping side of the conversion and wondered what the MAF maxes out at.
  2. I will use a 'Y' shaped hose to split the flow off the intercooler.
  3. Thanks for the tip, they are on my list from powerflex
  4. After speaking with Geoff at Zedworld you can get away with a camber adjustment kit rather than the upper and lower arms and they are a fraction of the cost!
  5. Hmmm..... another road to expore if needed, thanks.
  6. Will use a different rad, did it before when I supercharged a Pug 205 MI16, used a volvo rad as it was narrower but thicker so cooled it ok. I will fit the intercooler mock up and work from there with the space I have, I usually go to a breakers with the max measurements and see what I can find. Rads are labelled up with the cars they came out of so can order a new one if needed.
  7. The manifolds came in last week so got the turbo fitted in place this weekend, oil lines on the way. I collected the front bumper from the paint shop so I can now mock up the intercooler and find a rad to fit. The turbo flange needs rotating about 10 degrees but apart from that it fits!! You can see the turbo flanges needs rotating And here it is.....

I'll be there working but with a bit of luck the Z will be there with it's single turbo if all goes to plan  Going to see if we can get the Welsh members along!
  9. Just found out the front and rear bumpers and side skirts will all be finished by the bodyshop for me to pick up on Saturday:dance: So many new parts this week I can't cope :nana2: Oh and this is post 1000 :duffer:
  10. A long shot I know but does anyone have access to the spec on SAE standards?
  11. They have arrived today, the last 2 pieces of manifold so this weekend I can mount the turbo to work out the intercooler and rad. These went to JP Exhausts And this is what came back :hyper:
  12. Some picture from photbucket, so lots to follow! Couldn't believe the size on the wastegate when it arrived:eek:
  13. Will do but need to sort a photo bucket account out as the attachments you can save on here are now limited. Also forgot to say the front and rear bumpers, side skirts and spoiler respray is nearly done to!
  14. After a week off with lots of jobs planned the result was disapointing, the manifolds weren't finished in time, no oil fittings  So I cracked on and fitted the Hicas lockout bar and my boost, water temp and oil pressure gauges and the Megan lowering springs- although that led to the discovery of 2 kn*ckered shock absorbers. The good news is that the manifolds, two replacement shocks, oil fittings should all be deivered tomorrow  I will post some pics then and on the weekend when it's all fitted up.
  15. I have 19 at 1.24mb, how many are you allowed?
  16. More updates to come in the next few days!!!
  17. Resized them to 800x600 jpeg and no joy, looks like photobucket maybe :(
  18. I've been trying to upload some pictures of the new parts I've fitted but it keeps saying my file exceeds my limit and I currently have 1.26mb of attachments. I've never had this before and I deleted loads under the manage attchments option. Any ideas?
  19. I made a car like that once, in nursery with stickle bricks!!
  20. All done, no more hicas!:nana2:
  21. Thanks, looks just the job. Only the rack to fit as done the rest.
  22. Just the bar like the Z1 Motorsport one.
