  1. i've just bought Petey099's swb manual, and although it beens modified to a certain degree, i'm wanting to make it my own.......if that makes sense! I was looking to first uprate the intercoolers.......and possibly change the suspension. I know that both of these are not gonna effect the power of it, but they're getting changed for piece of mind and to support future mods! Anyway, my question is...... Is there anywhere that will take your car, you tell them what u want done to it.........and they'll get it to that spec?? I'm assuming that to reach 500bhp (at the wheels) it's gonna need a full rebuild with uprated internals and a completely different set of turbo's??? Thanks for any advice Mikey

    EDIT:- 7. shrek - Michael Stalker - Dunbar - 1991 TT SWB Manual j-spec
  3. i take it you have the 400bhp kit from them already installed???? I looked into it and it says that before you fit an uprated kit, you should fit the one before it (i.e. 400bhp kit before fitting the 500bhp)
  4. Robert, did you go to the meet at hermiston gate? The Edinburgh Cruise meet??? I was supposed to go but i had to work instead....b**tard!!!! EDIT: Oops.....read that totally wrong!!!!!! lmao :wack:

So, me being me, i said that i'd take my zed across and show him how to drive!!!!!! And not only to embarrass him on the track, i wanna have a wee shot on the autobahn, see what a twin turbo manual can really do!!!!

  17. yeah, its the one in keighley. My mate went down to pick up his new integra on saturday and i thought i'd tag along to look at their 300zx's. I had a look around and got the guy to let me hear the engine ticking over, all seemed ok! But i've since heard bad things from the guys on the toyota owners club.......and i'm starting to quickly go off the idea of buying from them!
  18. Guys, Im just looking for folks opinions on this place. I'm looking at buying a new fairlady and ive found a couple on their website. I've heard some rumours about "avoiding them at all costs" but im a bit dubious! Anyone got any opinions????

hmmmm.....good call!!! I'm hopefully getting a new zed :hyper: at the end of the month, so i'll more than likely be able to make whatever arangements are made!!! :nana2:
  22. im sure i read on here not so long ago, that someone had fitted one of these kits without too much hassle. You tried searching for them......and see what comes back? EDIT: Here we go....check out this link. http://www.websure.co.uk/car/300zxretrim.htm
  23. ARGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Disaster has struck!!!! Ok, i bought my 300zx, from mrsimonto (from here), knowing that it needed some work done to it. And i was happy with the things he had told me about! i just went outside just now to fit my 300zx.co.uk stickers and have a look under the bonnet to see which hoses i was going to replace with silicone. Well, i was looking in the top drivers side corner and when i nudged my alarm unit, the whole thing started to roll down the wing!!!!! This made me wonder what else had been tampered with! So i started to look around all the electrical connections and found one or two that were linked to nothing!!! So what i'm needing to know now is.......since i'm looking to get me engine rebuilt......i was wondering if there is anywhere that would rewire it? Would Ztech or somewhere like that be able to help???? Rant over......
  24. got mine in the post this morning.....cheers again!!! Chuffed to bits.....going to fit the club stickers now!!!!!lol
