Im up for meeting somewhere for something to eat. Not too keen on the "go for a drive option" since i'd more than likely have to bring my xsara. But that all depends on the date and whether or not jimmer has worked his magic on my engine by then! As for the leaving the cars at home, if we did this, the last train home for me, from edinburgh, is at 10 on a friday and half 7 on a saturday. But depending on what the majority want, i can arrange to be dropped off and picked up (depending on location of course!)

got to admit, i have a veilside on mine. Looks a bit different from standard, but great sound from it. I had a rage cat back on my last one, also sounded very nice.

that sounds like a no bad idea to me! would need to gauge interest from everyone to see who's gonna go. That way we can get a location for it. I mean, there's no point in holding it in perth if no one from the highands would make it down. Likewise, there's not much point in holding it in edinburgh if there's nobody from this side of the country gonna go! Excuse the pun but is just "food for thought"!!!!

I always thought it was the power steering fluid level that makes the hicas light come on? Had that problem in my white zed. Just topped up the fluid, let it settle then the light disappears! :D

I think you may have a point there!!! It wasnt until i had to start driving the xsara again, that i realised just exactly how much power the zed has! I think that, as you say, 500bhp might have been a bit too much of an aspiration.........where 350 - 400bhp is a more realistic figure, while still retaining it's drivability.

im just curious. I've not got alot of knowledge about what u can and cant do with these engines and wanted to know if you could get away with 19psi with a set of standard turbo's with uprated internals!!!

on stock turbo's??????? Correct me if im wrong guys, but isnt that pushing it a wee bit???? even thought they have the 360 ball bearting spec!
