The first ones have build quality issues

the Achilles heel of the z32?
That's actually about returing the suspension arm angles back to stock to make up for the fact that the car is lowered. Lowering the car is good for centre of gravity but screws up the roll centres

the Achilles heel of the z32?
The setup is not bad, just need good Suspension, bushes, geometry and tires which most z32 don't have anymore. With a good base, then you can add stiffer suspension, stiffen the chassis, adjustable arms etc to make improvements

Pedal position
PS is your firewall in dented where the pedals are attached?
-
Pedal position
taking offset pedals to the next level! I would be worried about bending them back, pick up replacements from a breaker. Wouldn't want the brake pedal to snap when you jump on it in an emergency

250mile round trip yesterday
Yes, Michelins are 305/30 19 rear, 265/30 19 front Traction control is my right foot :)

250mile round trip yesterday
not another Zed in sight! Took the R888's off and put the Michelin's on given the weather/temperature. Still pretty slippy but also impressed with how much power I could put down when the roads were up to it. Drove from Brighton to Bath via the south downs for the scenic route via Salisbury, some nice roads along there :) Popped over to Jimmer's in the evening to check out his new unit (v.nice) then back along the M4/M25 late at night. Just putting this up to show these cars can be used in this weather, even track focussed ones!

Zed Project
well you've asked for opinions so, I think the front end looks good, apart from the scoop, personally I think you don't need it. The rear looks ok, but doesn't really match the front in terms of the lines. Also don't think that rear skirt and the 99 spec spoiler compliment each other.

Zed Project
thought about turning the scoop the other way round? or leaving it off all together?

Bobgenies slicktop....extreme makeover
bet you were having kittens doing the first cut in the roof! Good work as always, make sure you take a photo of the whole car before it's taken away :)

Super bright lights?
any pics or vid, even with 99 spec lights I think they're not very bright during the day

Bobgenies slicktop....extreme makeover
I'd say your guesstimate at costs are on the low side, and don't take into account any problems between rounds that need to be fixed asap for the next event, testing, and there's usually a trackday at the same venue the day before which is wise to get some practice in.

Bobgenies slicktop....extreme makeover
looking excellent. You'll need something for the top leading edge to stop them pulling away reckon you'll get a BigMac and shake through the windows :)?

strange bumper on ebay
lol, it's blended in so yes. The splitter alone will cost more than that so if you like the look it's a bargain :)

camshaft advice
why the 400+? just get the 500's you'll need stiffer valve spings to match, keep the lifters, and cam sprocket adaptar depending on the year of year car. VTC is stock and will be retained, though they can get noisy due to stiffer springs, BDE replacements are the fix for this

How much
how old was the review? they were the best option when all the aftermarket manifolds were tubular and prone to cracking. MSP designed a log style CAST manifold that flows extremely well and will never crack, AMS make copies of them.
-
How much
why bother, just buy the MSP cast ones

Ashspec/AMS 2.5 interccoler kit
The extra takeoff is for the IACV
-
Ashspec/AMS 2.5 interccoler kit
thanks, I was basing it on the older kit, looks they've swapped the in/out of the intercooler for better fitment around the radiator
-
Ashspec/AMS 2.5 interccoler kit
bottom ones should be behind the intercoolers top left/right should be from turbo outlet PS that built up pic is wrong
