  1. You need to give Maciek a shout to find out if he can do you a special deal. I'll send you a mail about the boots and you can contact him directly.
  2. He gets a reciept from Paypal who credit it to his account he has with them.
  3. It's hard to resist when you have the money ready. You want to be driving it as soon as you can. But be careful when buying, if it don't look or sound right, walk away. If in doubt get it checked out by the AA or RAC. It may be expensive About £200 to have it checked, so a little trick I learnt was to go view the car during the week and ask if you can get someone to look at the car on Sunday. Then drive around the area and find a B&Q or another big superstore with a big car park and a burger Van. Come Sunday morning this car park will have about 2 or 3 RAC or AA vans in it with people waiting to be called out. Have a word with these guys and offer them a large drink to look at the car for you. Most of my mates use this tactic when buying a car and it hasn't failed yet. Some get it checked for a score others have had to pay up to a bullseye. Still a lot cheaper than £200.
  4. Hi Guys, only if you haven't placed your order yet for these you need to do it by mid day tomorrow. If you haven't recieved a mail from me with instructions and a reference code for these please shout now !!. Mark, I'm not sure if I send a mail to you with instructions, I will send again tonight to make sure. Konrad, I'll also send you the instructions tonight.
  5. Hi Jez. I have a lot of noise from the rear quarter panels. I can hear the grit hit the underside of the wheel arch as I'm driving. I will be using Brown Bread (Same as dynomat but much cheaper) on the rear quarters to start with. Then I'll probably do the boot area as well. I think most of the internal sound comes from the rear or my car. As for the smoothness of the ride. I know what you mean !!. I'm going to change my bushes to see if that's any improvement. Did you say you have adjustable Shocks ? If so can you not set them to soft ?
  6. Yeah but it's ok... because the rear silencer is full of em. A lifetime supply apparently ;) :D
  7. Sorry to see you go Steve. I hope you have better luck with your BMW.
  8. Think we've all been there mate :D
  9. Ahhh crappp. They looked so good too. I rather like the Lexus light conversion, and no this isn't photoshop !!!.. Obviously would have been nice if he could have somehow replace the GS300 with 300zx but you can't be picky can we ?
  10. I would agree. 9 out of 10 times it the fulid. Used Dextron III Automatic transmittion fulid to top up the resovoir (front drivers side under the bonnet). Usually you will feel a slight grind on the sterring wheel before this HICAS light comes on, a light humm sound. A lot of 300zx's seem to suffer a very slow loss of steering fluid, whether it burns it of leaks out I relaly don't know. The chime could be a number of things, but if it happens at speeds around 105km or 65 mph them I would suggest it is the Jap speed alarm. These are very easy to disable Check here for details http://www.aus300zxclub.com/tech/Alarm.htm
  11. where abouts in North east London you from Jaffa ?. Cause I'm from East and James300 is South. you up by Enfield or further in ?
  12. Beat me to it Iain. I was gonna ask the same thing. Seems like everone we were just talking to would be interested to know too ;).
  13. It's only two wires from the loom and three form the device. I think Jeff mounts them behind the Dash so, which is harder to get to but easier to determin what wires you need to patch into. But it's easier to patch it into the ECU if you know what wires you need to splice and cut.
  14. What's even more freaky is that it's James300's car and that is also his name !!!!!!.

  20. Excellent news mate. You know that feeling you have now like you have accomplished something ?? That's the reason you don't take it to a garage. You don't get the same feeling when you are handing over the money not knowing what they have done.
  21. Yeah it looks great. It would look even better if my ebgine bay was cleaner. Still something to do tomorrow I suppose.
