  1. i use 7 ultra on vista 32 no problem, i did try the newer ones but didnt get on with the new interface.
  2. from running out i put 5 litres in then another 10 litres after driving 3 miles to the garage and the light was still on so i would say its around 15.
  3. Where are theres parts available from?
  4. Now the zeds back on the road i'm gradually sorting out the niggles, one thing that is really annoying is this vibration that comes on from around 20mph - 40mph then lessens, its quite bad as you can feel it through the seat. Many thread searches would lead me to believe its either the autobox rear mount or prop shaft centre bearing or both, its a 1990 J spec TT auto, if i take it to my usual spanner monkey will they be able to tell which it is by looking at either of them? I'm not too bothered about flash upgrade parts like one piece props or nismo mounts, as i don't plan to keep the car for ever would stock nissan parts suffice?
  5. nice looking zed i generally don't like yellow cars but it really does suit it.
  6. i think its the deep dish that makes the wheel look small, i have 18s and about the same ride hide but yours kinda look lost but think its just some kinda of optical illusion.

  11. A few of the museum one Museum
  12. i'd have burnt them to be honest, the filth on that would make my skin crawl.
  13. leaving them in whilst fully charged wont damage them as such, but heat and overtime the cells will degrade, best way to test it is charge it up and bung a dvd in this will use a fair bit of power, if it last less than an hour i would consider replacing it unless you dont need the mobile facility of it.
  14. zed centre do the kits but they're not cheap, he could probably recommend a fitter too
  15. just had a quote for the Z 1990 tt import auto no mods, 9 ncb, 1 sp30, 2 no fault claims, parked on street, 6000 miles aged 34 £451 fully comp £500 excess does it seem about right? cheers
  16. Quite possibly although it was down as a z32 they said they had 2 sizes listed. I didnt get to see the screen but the garage said it was miles too small.
  17. i had one done and they brought a smaller screen 1st time, got it right 2nd time but the price was double.

  20. my 3 sqm of alcantara turned up the other day i shall be attempting mine soon, post any handy hints and tips Cheers
  21. Nothing wrong with refurbs and they have the same warranty as a brand new one, they just can't be sold as new as they have been refurbed. Most laptops will get scratched anyways so why pay the extra 50 quid. If its just for basic browsing and light office work and the odd older game nothing 3D intensive, then a £299-£399 will surfice, anymore is purely a waste of processor time and money unless you need to be encoding DVD's or video editing. Agree with the 2GB min for vista though.
  22. They're usually just shop returned and factory refurbished in plain boxes, sometimes they might have a few scratches but usually they're fine, and come with 12 months warranty too, the cheaper ones you generally save less, but the higher spec ones you can save 100-200 quid if not more. Its still under warranty get it booked in and uplifted, it will be replaced if faulty. just phone the help line. usually away for a couple of days.
  23. depends what network your with, im with tmobile and there web n walk unlimited is £7.5 on top of your normal package, so a bit cheaper than a dedicated dongle.
