Set Macca on them! Or would they have to be made traders on the forum first?

FREE dog
James, are you following me around or somink? That same pic turned up here at work the other day because it looks *exactly* like (apart from the ears) a guy that used to work here. I mean, it's bad enough to look at as is, but when you can't help thinking: hold on, I know that guy!...

Who makes this Wide Arch Kit?
You're probably right. There's a few cars that have now tho (inc the flip Skyline). Maybe he wanted to save weight, after all they are the size of drain covers and probably weigh as much. You're really good with names, aren't you Stu - what did you tell me Claires name was? :D I don't think his name is Ian. It's the same guy tho - looks all calm and placid til he jumps in a car then (apparenly) he turns into a raging beast! :D

Who makes this Wide Arch Kit?
Well, tough... we've told you all about it now anyway. :D I think the short answer is: it's an SE fab'd kit. It's a full-on SE car. Give them a ring for a price on the arches. That rear bumper - I didn't think it looked all that good to start with, but it's grown on me over the years (yeah, not literally). They do one that's a bit Baily look-a-like (one long slit across the back) and what Ca$h has on his is a hybrid of both. Strange idea, but hey. I think the guy does live around Colchester somewhere. It's really annoying - I can't for the life of me remember his name. I don't think the pics really do it justice. I think it looks good in the flesh... not all bling-bling, but mean and to the point.

Who makes this Wide Arch Kit?
D'oh! OK. It's early (for me). I had to get up to get to SE to do some videoing! ;) He was in there yesterday, btw... getting his car sorted for some track time on Saturday. Never know, he said he might even get to the rolling road on Sunday.

Who makes this Wide Arch Kit?
The front is a SE Monza-1. For the Monza-2 (wot I got) they flattened out the underside so it didn't scrape so easy. That car's owned by a father/son team - the father being one of the directors of SE. It's a top bit of kit - same suspension as mine, same brakes (I think), but it's stripped and caged. Looked brutal when they were doing it, but it turned out OK. It's fast as fock. You can bet the whole kit was made up by SE. It's got their stainless exhausts (but with small back-boxes) but they've been failing noise regs so had to put an extra baffle in the tail-pipes. Where'd you get the pics Stuart?

I'd add their name to the "named and shamed" list that doesn't exist, and may never.

Crikey James... you're getting really good with that photoshop! That Hummer looks real - with reflections in the paintwork and everything! ;)

SE RR Day part 3 FFS:D
Bob said to me 8:30am meet at SE so we can convoy up there for 9am. I'm sure it'll all be OK. Just gotta direct my mate (coming from Sussex) to SE now! He'll have a nice early start ;) Talking of SE... I stink of petrol and exhaust fumes and I can't stop grinning :D I don't wanna say too much til I get some photos tomorrow! Could well have Maccas car in the background ;) Sorry if noone could get through on the phone in the afternoon... I was there, so everyone was running around throwing flowers at my feet and fanning me gently :) No seriously, they were all running around like chickens on fire. Kinda busy, ya know?! I think they'd probably prefer to postpone the rolling-road day for a couple of weeks so they can get more ready!

Drive thru cash machines?
That's well funny! :D I've been to a drive-thru bottle shop to stock up on beer... but that's Oz for you

SE RR Day part 3 FFS:D
Has anyone got decent directions they can post up yet (to the place in Witham - not the cross-dressing thing)? I know that Bob said Claire would sort me out, but I didn't realise he only meant with the directions

Supplementary fuel injectors...
Erm... I'd avoid these. Blinkin' flip! 550cc's are apparently good enough for 600-odd bhp! How much boost are you thinking of running?! No I haven't, but not because the electronics are hard. It's more the extra plumbing you'd need - OK you could use the headlamp washer motor but you need a fresh-water bottle somewhere. And some decent squirters to make a nice fine mist. I doubt you'd really need a full-on PWK generating controller to squirt variable amounts of mist either - it'd probably just be a matter of turning on the mist full on at some point. I've no idea how much benefit it would be either. Nice idea. TBH I don't make car performance stuff for a living but I got involved with the injector thing because SE wanted to do one and I've known them for years. The idea was to supply a complete kit, with config software, injectors, pipes, etc for less than the price of a set of 550's and a remapped ECU. It would be there so there wasn't such a large step from what you could do with standard injectors / standard fuel pressure. SE do a fuel pressure upgrade thing, with ECU remap too (get's more fuel through standard injectors). I'm pretty sure they've had 420-odd bhp from a car with that setup. The IC mist thing - I'm sure if Pete (SE) wants to do one we'll no doubt end up talking about it at some point. We talked about doing traction control - not all that complicated really - but I've gone and bought a Racelogic one now anyway ;)

Supplementary fuel injectors...
Don't talk to me about it! :D Yeah, it worked to a point... ie. the bit I done (the controller) would work on a 300. We tried it on a 200 just cos it was quicker to plumb in one injector but the RPM timing was out (4 cyl you see), so I had to do a bit of fiddling to try to work out where the RPM thresholds would be. It was kinda interesting trying to keep an eye on the LCD while Pete® charged up and down various windy country roads. The module was hooked up in my car for something like 2 years without the extra injectors! If it'd ever been sold it would've needed to be more compatible with any car, rather than being 300 specific. There was guy lined up to write the PC stuff too, but noone really had the time to put the effort in that was needed. I couldn't be bothered with buttons and stuff when I knocked it up, and there's no PC link... you had to set it up by hand with a $ky remote :) Lovely bit of code tho (if you like that sort of thing). I can't go into detail about that French toilet here.

Miserable gits!!!
Happy Birthday... you old git :D

Supplementary fuel injectors...
Whatever you do, do NOT talk to me about supplimentary injector controller modules, or look in my ride section ;)

SE RR Day part 3 FFS:D
I never said that - my car has a mind of it's own and will take me out and scare the cr*p out of me whenever and wherever it likes. Lately, it's been a boring old fart and has been busy making world domination plans, so I've been having an affair with a dirty old Mondeo. It's just sex tho - there's no love. Yeah, well I may well be a poof but... eh?!... hold on!... what?!!!... I probably couldn't be bent if I tried, but then, why the f*ck would I try?! My point was your car's a big gay spaceship, not that you're a bender but there's definitely something up with it (can't be a lezza or it'd've been rubbing up against Ajays motor, and I never saw that) otherwise it should've caught a big portion of evil-ness. You know, I aint so sure it didn't. I think there's something nasty about to pop out of that motor - you should get it on the rollers and let the dark power out. Or just run it up against Macca and show him what the dark-side is all about.

SE RR Day part 3 FFS:D
Sorry mate, it's parked within 18ft of mine and has therefore caught "the curse". In a couple of weeks time you'll notice the paintwork starting to get darker. I did attempt to pass on the horrible virus to SMW1, but it seems his car's immune due to it being a big gay spaceship. My car (of course) is a full on heterosexual... albeit the b*stard spawn of satan currently disguised as a car that was sent to hell long ago, but is actually silently formulating a plan to rise from the dead and conquer the world.

Rides updated
F*ck me JD... your old car was *messed up*! :( Still, I reckon the new one looks better in blue... (sorry - you GOT to yank that horrible square front plate tho). I reckon it's about time you gave the 4-map ECU a name, don't you? Project Ermintrude, or some cack like that ;)

SE RR Day part 3 FFS:D
So... who's gonna actually be running on the day?! Looking good for my engine being there - the car is just dead weight. Mass reduction?! You gotta see it to believe it!

What did you do on Saturday night ?
You don't wanna know what I did Saturday night :D
