This reminds me of the project me and my bro' are doing on his Micra. Currently running 201bhp at the fly. Trouble is there are no turbo micra's and everything we do we have to make/get made. Taking the engine out again on monday for block ringing and cams then it'll hopefully produce 250ish bhp on just 17psi but we reckon the engine should handle 30psi!!!! Ivan

That means that the oil in the gearbox might be burnt already. Try changing the oil in the box and cleaning the filter out. Ivan

Yeah just remove the AIV system all together mate. Thats the best way. you'll have to jack her up and remove the front wheels and the arch liner and at the back you'll see something that looks like an air filter box. Bin it. There is a write up on one of the other forums somewhere. I'm sure someone has the link. Daves_zed has it I think. Alternatively do a search on AIV and that'll put sommat up. Ivan

Yep did mine 2 years ago i think and fitted a fiberglass replacement. You also want to remove the wiper motor counter weight from behind the paneling under where the spoiler is. This weighs about 1KG and is of no use whatsoever (apart from throwing it at someone lol). Ivan

If you have one and are fitting it you'll also need a chip or you wont have enough fuel going in. Ivan

I'd just like to say that I have had my car in at Zedworld just after I got it 3 times and it came back brilliant every time. The items he sorted are still holding up 3+ years down the line. I also know he wasn't this good with everyone. Ivan

I think Danny at DTA does these. The problem I seem to remember is that most don't come with the locating brackets on that attach to the strut. I think the ones that Danny sells are the correct ones. Ivan
