  1. Forking hell barky boy you're right! Mine were apec I think. Red box with yellow writing? Them's the ones. Ivan
  2. Could be one of 2 things in my experience:- 1. Front tension rod bushes worn. To fix either replace with poly or fit adjustable ones. 2. Front brake discs warped. This is caused by 15 year old calipers sticking on and heating the discs up unduly. The fix for this is remove the front calipers and fit new seals and grease up the pistons and fit new discs. HTH Ivan
  3. Try Smithy's Place mate. He should be able to get them. Ivan
  4. Try Smithy's place under the traders section here mate. Ivan
  5. Yep think midland turbo's did mine. They re-furbed them with 360 degree roller bearings and they have been on a month now. Seem fine. Pull really well from low down. Ivan
  6. Just try replacing the fuse anyway. Even though it looks ok there might be a slight break and you just cant see it. Have you checked the fuses under the bonnet? Ivan
  7. You cant get rid of the lines in the rear lamp units. They are already there in the actual units where the side/brake light and the indicator are seperated. This means there will always be that horizontal line there. Ivan
  8. Doesn't look like it mate. Only shows one on the Fast system. Is yours uk? Ivan
  9. Ditto Andy was just gonna suggest timing. Ivan
  10. Got them on my Zed. Had them for 18 months now seem ok on the road but rubbish on the track. Tend to fade really bad after a couple of laps or so. Ivan
  11. Bugger! Totally gutting sight to see that. Feel for you mate. Probably best thing to do is buy the car back for salvage from the insurance and sell it as a shell for repair/breakage. I'm sure someone on here with some skills will buy it from you and keep one of the best cars in the club on the road. Ivan
  12. Hmm wonder why the white turbo has a NA front bumper fitted. Bet that'll raise the intake temps. Ivan

  20. I would call them speed clips/nuts/fasteners. Ivan
  21. I removed the weight and the spoiler and weighed them. The 2 items weighed just over 2 and a half stone!!! Imagine that weight smashing you on the back of the head. Replaced the stock spoiler with the fibreglass zcentre one and all was well. Tailgate still weighed nearly 6 stone though. Ivam
