Ajay, Very intersted as I know G-Force and I have visited them a couple of times with the MLR. They have a pretty good rep, and produce reliable figures. Could we not absorb the £5 cost or split it? Following their logic, when I took my TT Galant to the Single Turbo Evo day, I should have paid more but I did not. Any-road-up, I'd still like to go. Phil.

My two penneth....warranty companies do not cover wear and tear. It is very difficult to convince them that a 10+ year old car is not failing through "wear and tear". A "warranty company" refused my turbo issues bec it was not "wear and tear". I have been told they independantly verify any work on cars of this sort...! Sorry to keep repeating "wear and tear"....

The Truvelos I have seen have all been facing the oncoming traffic. How do these work for Motorbikes??? I was told they are illegal bec they fail to catch Motorbikes. It's an interesting thought... Phil.

Guys, A quick straw poll....Apart from SE of course, Who would be the best bet to replace my turbos? I don't wish to start a war here, I am just canvassing opinions as I have warranty cover but only if they have failed and not worn out...! A wonderful example of Serendipity..... MY Z just failed it's MOT bec the rear break lights were used as the rear fog light (as suggested above). The reason for it failing : they were white, not red. As with other guys here, it had passed 3 previous MOTs just fine....Will covering them in a red light gel be sufficient? Phil.

This is where the aformentioned Darren works but ....he's their Master Technician and the only one of a dozen mechanics they have that know Zs. So not only is it expensive, £200+ for an A service, you have to wait a while too. Phil. PS - They are also a Daewoo dealer....:rolleyes:
