Has anyone changed the wiring to the wing mirrors to possibly auto-fold inwards when the car is powered down or something along the lines of this?

So, my stock recirculating valves are shot now. What options do i have? Can i get stock ones at a decent price? Any particular aftermarket ones i can go with? I would prefer staying with recirculating valves as i have no interest in the sound. Any suggestions guys?

I'm after a bit of help. I bought some brembos which were believed to be R33 GTR but a believe they might be from something else as they look slightly different. Could be from a R34 or something maybe. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone knows. The reasons I'm asking: -I think they look slightly different. -The larger of the piston dust which seem consistent with info i find online dust covers didn't fit (about 1-2mm too big for the bit they fit into. I want to know if they'll fit before I waste time, but I'm struggling to find the distance between the brake caliper location bolts. Any help would be brilliant:

Hey, This is a vacuum hard pipe (with hoses) from the left side of the engine (from the front). I've replace the whole section with one piece of silicone hose. Is this ok, is there a specific reason for the hard pipe, a single piece of hose isn't going to collapse or anything is it?

Do the seat rails differ on the later spec cars. Had a quick look at my new interior today & the drivers rail where they bolt to the car at the front are a slightly different angle so I'm going to swap the rails with a spare seat.

Evening guys, this has probably been covered numerous times but ill be buggered if i can find it. brought myself a complete rb25det fuel rail that iv harvested for injectors obviously. question is can i just dump them in with new seal kits and the replacement plugs while using the skyline rail caps to hold them in? In my head this makes sense??? keep seeing these kits that apparently adapt the z32 rail from phase one to two so it don't drip at idle??? can't fathom how adding a spacer solves it xD thanks in advance :D jay

One of my reverse lights has the foglight conversion, are there any worthwhile LED options for this or shall I get a normal bulb? EBay has a ridiculous number of options. 1156 is the bulb type, right?

MOT time is not normally as issue with my clean rust free low annual miles slicktop. My MOT testers are well used to the car. Last year he commented that the emission reading was "close" to the testing limit. Well its going to be on a modded car which is set to avoid the danger of going lean anywhere at any moment. So today My pal Steve helped me create an "MOT" map on the multimap option Emerald ECU I use. Its just a copy n paste of the real map but at anything from 750 revs up to 2500(MOT fast idle test revs) he has taken out 3/4 points on the fuel. The result is brilliant. At normal tickover(950/1000) the AFR sits at mid 14s which should pass but wi…

If a twin turbo starts smoking when it gets up to temperature as apposed to smoking straight from starting is that just as bad? Worse or better? I'm assuming they need replacing regardless, I'm also guessing this is an engine out job. So my last question does anyone have stock turbos or upgraded ones sitting around that are good condition that they want to sell? I would want good ones or new as I don't want to pull the engine out more than once. Also while its out, I was planning on cleaning up the engine bay and I've heard there are a few mods that can be done, what are they? I know this is all a bit vague, but trying to work out the best step forward…

Any good suggestions for a wide arch kit? I used to like the TwinZ stuff but I'm assuming in the last 5 years they still haven't sorted out a UK distributor? Can anyone suggest any other kits available in the UK? thanks

Spoke to another zed member in Beaulieu the other week about this colour match. Well I found this company in Ashford called LKG Coatings. Their specialist came out with an electronic reader which he took three readings from my Zeds bonnet. Here's what I got! A ground coat & a pearl coat both HK6 on the can. Can't imagine the ground coat been a normal grey base coat. Nissan pearl code is HK6G Just for your information !
