I have sold allot of my parts now. I keep getting asked about my parts for sale and some have gone which i get asked about. I have updated parts sold in the for sale section with "Sold Please can a mod amend the tittle." on the last post by me. Could a mod please change the title but wouldnt mind leaving the thread open incase anyone has any questions about the parts as i will be more than happy to answer. There are parts i still have for sale: Ebay Items: Defi Heads up Display 2 watches. Blitz Dump valves with all 4 hard pipes 2 watches also, however these are listed on the site cheaper and i will honor the price on here to club members as…

  3. Hi, Has anyone performed gasket matching or porting (grinding away the material to match the gasket openings) on the above, I have seen a lot of folks in the US do this (and I have my plenum off still currently so..) I am tempted to Gasket Match the plenum to lower plenum and open up while it is off giving me th eoption to add bigger TB's later. But then is there any point if I don't then match the lower plenum to the heads?:crying: My feeling is that it won't make any discernible difference to the performance of my car due to the restrictions/limitation of the actual plenum itself. And that any real benefit would only be felt by those of you who are in the 5…

Got a few days of work, so decide to change my exhaust, to the complete stainless system i bought from Madmax. To start on on the passenger side, as i thought it was the worst. Since my zed was built only the boxes have been changed to Mongoose. After getting the pre cat off and getting to the tricky 4 x bolts that held it on, all off, new back box and decat in place. Cant do middle x section till ive done other side Drivers side, 2 nuts at the bottom were only on hand tight, another bolt a bit easier, but the last remaining bolt was a total coont. You have to get your hand between the bulkhead, a heat shield that cant come off due the the nuts are fooked and a weld…

Hi folks, Does any body know of anyone that can do my tracking / suspension geometry / camber etc. ( in the bucks area ) I have noticed that my nearside rear is wearing on the inside, I dont really want to take it to some kwik fit monkey tbh...... apologies if you work at kwik fit :hang: Its got adjustable coilovers on the rear... but i think thats it! is there ay way of then adjusting the camber on a stock set up? or will i need some kind upgraded part to get the wheels to sit corectly? ... not sure on suspension parts much..but all i do know is, is that i eventually want adjustable evrything.

HI All, Just joined the forum and bought my first 300zx over the weekend and have a few silly questions that i'm hoping someone will answer. It's a 1995 300zx fairlady Z with an Auto gearbox. 1- the Auto gearbox has a red plastic peice at the front? what's this for? 2- next to the gearbox is a button that says Power at the top and Hold at the bottom? What does this do? Bear in mind, i've just bought the car and didn't really want to press it not knowing what it did in case you have to do it at a certain time ie: before you engage gear. Changing gears. In an auto normally you can change down gears manually to gain more power to overtake etc. Wit…

Guys Where would you fit a second fuel pump? all I know is that it is in addition to the stock one to provide more volume but other than that I am clueless :sweatdrop:. Its nothing fancy just a 225lph one, I dont have any fancy pressure regulators or anything! Any pointers really appreciated.

Hi Guys Just fitting my new AP brakes, they are massive!! Wondering what's the best way of flushing old brake fluid out. wondered whether to allow all old brake fluid to run out of reservoir and brake lines. Then connect up to new brakes add new fluid in reservoir and pump through, or just keep pumping and topping up reservoir. My concern of allowing all fluid out of brake system is having air trapped. Already have instructions on bleeding brakes. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Regards Kev

Guys My stoptech brake blueprint went to japan a few weeks ago so they could tell me if I could get a set of 18s. Unfortunately they have reccomended 19s so those will be the seven spoke titanium as the five spokes dont go above 18s. Anyhows do these sizes look sensible enough from rays? Hi Martin, These are the sizes that RAYS recommend. 57S-pro Front:19x85 ET35B 5-114 - £653.04 + vat each Rear:19x95 ET35B 5-114 - £655.15 + vat each Colour: RMC/Ti rim Delivery time: 8 to 10 weeks from initial order. To place the order we will require a 25% deposit. The 57pro is not available in 19”

Hi folks, The other day i was looking on the site, trying to find out if anyone else had issues with their short shifter being stiff and awkward to use. Finding that other had... but with no real answer to sorting it, i pulled mine and had a fiddle. The nylon bushes are quite plainly............CRAP ! so. I got some fine wet n dry and just gave the metal shaft a quick once over :thumbup1: to remove any build up. I then used a mix of both vaseline ( this is a help thread.... honest ! ) and silicone spray and reinstalled the bushes back into the shifter and put it all together. Its 100 % better little effort is needed to engage gears yet it fe…
