I want to install a switch to toggle between ABS being on and off this is simple enough but i want to install an LED next to the switch so know when its on or off, will also look smart :) The switch will prob run through an earth wire on the abs ecu or which everwire will work. How should i go about wiring an led to the switch, heres a diagram of how i think it should be wired im prob wrong but here goes anyway:

I was considering buying an air compressor but I dont really know if a budget one has enough power. Im guessing air tools need more oomph, couple of jobs I need it for would be for undoing the 27mm crank bolt for the cambelt and also for spraying the car. Would a £200-£300 compressor be suitable, what kinda specs should I be looking at. Would this one be suitable http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/hunter-55-air-compressor/path/diy-semi-professional-air-compressors-2 Its not something I will use very often, but Id rather spend more and get one that can do what I need. After I could sell it when Ive done what I need.

Quick question fellas' HICAS has been removed and all associated pipework has been stripped out. This pipe sits just above the PAS reservoir, can it now be binned? It runs just under the brake master cylinder.

has anybody had a problem with these, having checked my timing after swapping out my cas for another to try and eliminate a problem. its reading 25deg warm open loop on the timing gun or 35 deg closed loop on the timing gun. i was thinking the mark was out as the cas is set pretty much central to the slots and nipped up over the old witness marks where it was bolted before.

It was on BBC3 last night at 7pm  I first saw this Top Gear when it was brand new and it was this very show that alerted me to a certain Nissan, 'I will look into those was my thought'!! About 6 months later I did get myself one. After viewing it again (I recorded also) last night for only the first time after the initial, I must admit I now know why I fell in love :flowers: I enjoyed the show very much but was not happy at Jezza throwing the Targa away and all the bumping that was occuring :mad2:

Does anything fit in the space which is on the drivers side at the end of the seal? Is there supposed to be a seal or anything along the holes on the bonnet edge (6 holes along the edge nearest the screen)? Is there some sort of bracket for the plastic ducts/vents that sit either side of the boot? For some unknown stupid reason, the second bodyshop decided to remove them and I'm sure there's a bracket. Thanks Vijay

I fiddled with the TPS today, I went by a manual/investigation on hesitation to make sure I had the right voltages for it - TPS is to have an input of 5V and a variable output of 0.45-4V and then an earth too Mine was set at o.23V which is probably confusing everything, I've now set it up to 0.451V and it rotates all the way to 4V however it seems that my full throttle is a little higher than that and a 'no load' appears on my multi meter..? But fine its set up properly now, I also looked at the Idle connector on it too, the manual says a 12V input and when throttle is closed a 9-10V output, when you push the throttle it should then disconnect and show 0V I me…
