.....please. One of my dipped beam bulbs self destructed. It took me ages to get most of the shrads of glass out of the projector unit without removing the unit itself then went to my local motor factors for a replacement set. Didn't realise they weren't an 'off the shelf' thing, (DUH!), so figure I might as well bite the bullet and go HID. Sadly Zedworld are currently out of stock and could use them ASAP because the car's going to be used quite a lot in the dark from now on with almost immediate effect. (Nights drawing in/up at 4am to go to work/back after 9pm/etc) So what's good and an easy fit etc? Not too worried about price, but I want a decent se…

I've taken my car home to Fife and since had my tame local back street garage check it over and MOT it and all was well. (Came as a surprise to me I can tell you!!!) Anyway, in passing, he did say that he wouldn't be keen to do anything major on it. While I appreciate his honesty, it leaves me with a bit of a quandry as to what to do if/when the turbos do sing their swan song. So do any of you know of/can recommend anyone to maintain my P&J in central Scotland? TIA!

Guys half way through fitting some Greddy SMIC's. Having removed the CC on the passengers side to gain room for the IC I have found on refiting the expansion tank that it's sits slightly further back (only attaches on the top bracket & the top screw to chassis) with the tank sitting at an angle I can see that the arch liner isn't going to go back on. (not that is was on anyway). Was hoping to get everyting back on as OEM as possible. Shirley the drivers side will be as bad with the washer bottle in the way. Has anyone used/ mounted a smaller expansion tank and smaller washer bottle to overcome this? is so details would be great.

Hi guys, Anyone on here with these fitted to their Z ? I have 8.5 s just fitted to the fronts and 9.5 on the rears, they came with the 2 spacers to fit on the front wheels for clearence, do you need different spigot rings ? as when the tyre place fitted them for some reason they removed all 4 spigot rings and then put the wheels on without them. Please see my other thread about wheel vibration Help needed urgently Thanks Chris

What are the general views ona matt black zed? I sold my wheels to somebody with one, and when i first saw it i hated it (ive never liked matt balck). But the next day, if didn't offend me, and i kind of have the urge to do it to mine. I want a proper respray once its all sorted (if it gets sorted), but for now shall i bother? Next question, do they do a matt white???

Ok im hoping some wheel experts can help me here. Since June i placed an order for some wheels being Front 245/40/18 9.5j et25, Rear 265/35/18 10j et35 knowing i would maybe have to do some minor arch work. After many problems with the company im still waiting for the wheels as they still havent been shipped in to the country. The company have now offered me the same wheels with the same offset but in 19" Would they still fit? would i have to change the tyre profiles? I think 19" would look better in the arch but they will also make the brakes look smaller and also a bit heavier so im not sure what to do. Any ideas?

After a bit of soul searching, and doing a few sums i have finally decided to bite the bullet and go for a manual conversion in my car. I know i wanted to keep it auto for a number of reasons, but having weighed up the pros and cons i have decided to take the plunge. A big thanks to Andy Isherwood for supplying the conversion kit at a very reasonable price and for offering to help me get it sorted. Also a big thanks to those of you who helped me with the old box issues. Although in the end she was knackered, It gave me a massive sense of acheivement to get her running again, even if it was only for a week. Also an apology to those who i have been spea…
