Busy Saturday, was good to see some zeds outside for a change, lets hope the weather gets better and better as Summer time rolls in. Jeff TT Now this is the way to transport your zed, tilt bed and fully covered, looks tight but with the side openings up it was easy to drive up and in and get out just fine.

My car goes on the dyno tmoz for its base map. Jimmer and John Dixon are going half way across the country with it. Now it is only gonna be the base map without boost nos or racing fuel as the engine is new but take a guess on the bhp and I will post the results up tmoz. I'm thinking around 450 at the wheels

Hey guys, im wondering whats a better option to hold safely 500 + bhp , the z1 clutch special with flywheel or the Rps max clutch with the fidanza flywheel as im ordering this week and im not 100 percent sure whats a better option. Also is the Ams underdrive pulley good? and i know i have to get the water overdrive pulley aswell. Thanks in advance : )

just gonna order some Rota GTR's online and they have two different offsets? 18 x 9.5 ET30 (rear) 18 x 8.5 ET35 or ET20 for the front, i can never remember the offsets and which way is best? please advise... james

My engine temperature is Low on the stock gauge. i know they can be in accurate but, in this case it seems odd.. problem being, the temp sits at the 1/4 mark and rarely goes above this even when taken on a long drive, but weirdly. once the engine is turned off, then on again within (minutes) the temp falls even lower, then rises again to about the 1/4 mark. has, no water leaks, as coolant remains high, and no air locks, the coolant temp sensor also doesnt work as when disconnected the fan doesnt kick in, and yes ive checked the relay and replaced with a working one. car also seems to be using LOTS more fuel than usual, help me sort this cold running. as i…

hi all as some of you may be aware i had a new gearbox ( a working one) put into my car the other day to replace the -what i thought was a nackered one, however i am still getting issues. The car struggles to pull away as if it was a clutch problem (dont know if autos have a clutch?) or as if its in 3rd gear, well now the car wont reverse!!! it only drives forwards which is all good except i dont like pushing my car into parking spaces and off the driveway like fred flintstone. any ideas what this could be ?? i just want my car back to normal ! heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllp :thumbup1:

Mark comes to the rescue again!! After running on 5 cylinders for way too long due to a duff injector, I managed to get a fuel rail from Munty. Could I get the injectors off the fuel rail? NO!! Popped down to Marks Ferarri Garage and he managed to not only remove he injectors in perfect condition but also removed and replaced mine in about five minutes!!! Sometimes you just got to leave it to the professionals I guess!! Nice work Mate. She's now purring along nicely!! Andy

Hi Guys, been a while since i posted - the zeds been staring at me from the drive for ages, but not been able to get on with any jobs due to various life stuff....happily, i am now able to get started! anyway - i have a question about NA rear subframes - im sure i read somewhere that it was a good mod to fit the NA rear frame / half shafts / hubs etc in place of the TT assy - removes the hicas, comes with the 4.08 ratio diff etc etc Is this a good idea - has anyone done it? Is there anything else thats useful from an NA model when tuning a tt swb manual? cheers guys! m

Just picked up a uk manual box for my jdm slicktop had syncro probs with old box.The new box has pipes for an oil cooler, i take it i can loop these together ,but can i use a diff cooler rad of a s13 200 or uk 300zx is there a pump or any electrics to deal with thanks taff.

Okay, after doing many searches, and reading many FAQ's, I am still slightly confused as to what is the best way to do the plenum water bypass as I have my plenum off at the moment, it seems that many of the pictures in the FAQ's etc. conflict.... If I was to connect this....... To this (drivers side) And this.... To this (passenger side, crap picture)

Hi, I have small problem - my 300Zx TT starts perfect when cold, but after few minutes of driving or engine running it switches engine off and wont star properly anymore (unless it's cold again). Even when i stand on traffic lights and take foot of gas pedal engine shuts..

Hi I've got some rust around the sills. Front and back. So proberly just a matter of time before more shows up. Had someone weld and fix the rust about 2 years ago, but it seems like it popping up more here and there. So I thought I'd change the complete sill on both sides. Anyone know what I need and where I can get the parts? (It's a 2+2 TT) Thanks

Hi i wonder if some could shed some light on this for me my mates zx has got no spark on no 5 cylinder all the others are fine hes evern swaped the coil packs around to see if this was the problem but no nothing changed, he's traced the wires back so far but cant find any breaks in them he's got a lwb tt auto jap import. Thanks paul

as title says i now have a fully working zed again..:nana2:allbeit without a heater but i dont care...first start since the start of december and started first time without any dramas and shes acctually running slightly better than before.anyway yass time to throw some chash in the direction of insurance and some more at the gorverment and some more to them for fuel. next thing on the list sorting them leaky targa's

I went for the manual conversion quite a while ago now but completely forgot to update my V5. Just reading up on the dvla portal and it doesn't specify that I need to update it for this change. Should I still update? Have others done this? did you have any problems??

PIC HEAVY! -- Hi guys, Would it be possible for my sprayer to fill this in exactly how I want without buying the rear tailgate spoiler with the ripple in (in other words the car.mad OEM spoiler has the mini spoiler still built in)... but I would like it totally flush. I knocked up a few designs of how I would like to see it in photoshop... Any ideas would be great. As it is now... What I would like to see...
