Yesterday, i was on route to a meeting on Streatham High Road, just down from the station spotted a siver zed, nice and tidy H270 *** at approx 1230pm. Flashed lights, but was in a transit, stupid taxi in front thought i was flashing him.

just finished painting my new 89 spec spoiler from car.mad. now i need to work out how to fit the darn thing..... i wont have much time this weekend and ive only got thursday night free, so seeings as i dont have the brake light or sticker yet there in the post.. is there anything i need to pull though the spoiler, wires wise for the brake light and what exactly is it? im assuming its "gluded" on how and with what opinions please guys....

I got my Zed back from Zedworld today! All running, i never thought the day would come! I got a recovery truck to pick it up, as no tax or mot. I know i could book it for a mot and be legal to drive it, but it would be my luck i'd get pulled and they would find something to do me on! My normal man, got somebody else to pick it up, who rammed it up the truck and split the front bumper!! I was still happy to have it back tho, and i was debating putting the standard UK bumper on anyway. Its smoking like a trooper tho! Im convinced its not the turbos, they were good, and the smoke is from both exhausts. Im hoping its the PCV valves, will be getting…

Whilst untaking an autobox change Jamie spotted the rubber turbo water pipe that links two metal pipes on the rear if the engine, a common failure and was just about to fail big time, lucky for this engine its was spotted beforehand. Jeff TT Nasty pipe removed New pipe fitted

At 14.20 approaching Blackpool on the m55, a ferrari red with 4 pot lights, mid level rear spoiler, only caught the rear and I did think at first it was a Ferrari until I saw the NISMO decal on the back :cool3: Me - I was in my van so inconspicuous. Anybody :confused1:

I had to go to Milton Keynes from Slough, and back. M4, M25, M1 but I forgot about the road works. 50mph most of the way, so boreing, but instead of the normal 50 miles to a quarter of a tank, I did the complete trip of 117 miles on a third of a tank. Wont be doing that again, far to economical.

Hey Jeff, Just wondered if you had any aftermarket exhaust system, as i figured it would probably be easier to replace now while you have my car on a ramp with old exhaust off (autobox replacement), if you havent already finished it. If you have do you have a pic and total cost including the fitting please :D Thanks Jon

Question what offset is flush with 18x8 wheels? I have great worries about running only 8" at the rear of the car, but sod it - I'll just get some very good tyres on them. Cheers!

Has anyone fitted Car Mads air ducts in the place of the front fog lamps. I was wondering if i could fit some kind of gauze to stop rubbish getting in. has anyone done this mod?.

am i right in saying that all of the tubes under the plenum (water tubes etc) can be removed if i have dome a throttle body water bypass? just wondered what the other tubes are for?

Hi folks so today i took my spare shorty zed out to get it washed and drives like a dream it was nice to get the roofs off :) So i bought this zed when she was in a poor state and heading for the scrap heap due to being a non runner. Below i have put the details and i have put alot of money and effort into this to produce a nice zed for a sale to another member or future member. Hi all, I am looking to replace 2 bushes on the rear knuckles. The ones I am after are the lower coilover bushes. Anyone know where I can get poly ones? Just need a pair, I have all others! Thanks! :thumbup:

When re-sealing them, is it best to fit them not to tight until the sealant sets then torque them up? or should I torque them immediately? any advice appreciated.
