Ok so yesterday I fitted some replacement standard shocks with lowered springs that I bought off Kinugawa Turbo (Cheers dude, turned up real quick :D). They have dropped the car back down to the height it was when I bought it, before I fitted the nackered set of Teins I bought earlier in the year which were fully extended height wise and made the car REALLY unbalanced and just didn't sit right. The problem is now I have a knocking, but it's like a knocking of something that's loose, only nothing is  I've jacked it back up and checked the lower joint, the mount bolts, the strut brace, everything, nothing is loose, yet when I go over a bump at more than 5 mph the…

She now wants me to pick her up later in my company car... I see trouble ahead... Excuses / Explainations gladly received before tonight!! :sneaky2:

I think many of us have seen these Work Equips on Ebay, been on a while now http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WORK-EQUIP-Deep-Dish-18-13J-8-5x114-Rims-Alloy-Wheels-Wide-body-300ZX-Supra-S14-/290614825660?pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&hash=item43a9fe52bc Only 2 wheels in this auction and very nice they are too, but I want to comment on the dish, an obscene 135mm, that is incredible:thumbup1: I thought my rears had a 'deep' dish at 75mm, these just blow them out of the water :surrender: That's all

Just a quick question fellas Ref this HID kit for sale on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XENON-HID-CONVERSION-KIT-NISSAN-300ZX-H3-/310213954935?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item483a314d77 I'm looking at upgrading the stock headlights on the shortie' to HID units, now the headlight units on the shortie' ('95 import model) are different to the headlight unit on the LWB ('91 UK model). 19. Started by Peach,

Had to bite the bullet today and SORN the Z :( Other things have got to take priority for a little while, and work has been slack this year so I've chosen to tuck her up for the winter. On the plus side, hopefully it will be going into my mate's workshop over the colder months so we can do a bit of welding, a bit of fettling (a nice local chappy is going to make a one piece prop for me ;)) and perhaps a little spraying and wrapping :shuriken: Might see if I can get hold of some old rwd shitter to play with on the winter roads in the meantime :clown:

Would like to say a massive thankyou to Lee Dent (member on here) for helping me with my zed today. He sorted the wiring behind my dash, sorted my turbotimer out (cheers for the adapter loom for the ignition switch),sorted my boost leaks out (boosting through pcv and turbo hose leaking) and showed me how to remove and clean pcv valves and set up my boost controller.car now running 100 times better, boosting as it should and holding boost :) If anyone is in Shrewsbury or the surrounding area and needs any work doing I cant recommend Lee highly enough, his work is spot-on and what he doesnt know about zeds and cars in general isnt worth knowing So once again, cheer…

Following on from my bling nuts and bolts question, i was wondering if anyone also has a guide or list they could put on here with all the sizes of hoses in the engine bay(most likely just the ones you can see). I dont mean just 6mm, 8mm hoses, but actual lengths and sizes and what each pipe is for and where. As always, thankyou to all who can help.

This weekend at York speedway the 2nd bit of z drag related history for the year will be set This time it will be a Z/ZX bracket race series that the organisers are allowing to be done defiantly a eight car shot out but hey if another eight turn up a sixteen Z/ZX shoot out would be the icing on the cake Not bad as this year at North Weald saw the first ever Z/ZX eliminator take place with zs going head to head until there was one left standing

I've got me a brand new set of 4 bolt split downpipes. All very lovely, but I need 5 bolt. :( Do u think a custom exhaust company could just cut the end plates off and make up new ones?
