Anyone know how long these take to change roughly? and do i need to take the dash out?

being an idiot i damaged the fuse and popped the battery fuse - i have rectified the fault and bypassed the fuse for now. but i deffintley do not want to keep it that way its the blue one on the end. my questions - whats the formal name for it, where can i find one and what ampage should it be rated at please? thanks for any help

im a bit confused, just ordered some service parts for my zed, hks plugs (heat range 8) hks oil filter sard sump plug (hope this isn't the one with clearance issues) im going to be gutting and cleaning as much as possible as well as the full service. looking at new alloy rad, fmic, and £130 worth of nissan hoses :crying: even at cost price!!! purely because i've had enough of the little running issues the zeds had recently. the zeds running high flow filter, custom decat exhaust, and is zedworld chipped @ 12psi. I've got to remove my door handles as part of the prep for my paint job. Question is; How do you open the doors without the handles?

got my bulbs for main beam but cant get to the old ones to change do i have to remove the complete light unit to do this job or is there another way of going about it any help please

Hi all, I cant seem to find a guide to replacing shocks. I've got a set of KYB's to go on and want to read up on it first before I wade in and cock it up LOL. Any guides or just a brief how to would be great. Many thanks, Rob Oh and by the way, less than a month to go now woop woop LOL.

Was wondering whats the best paint to repaint all the trim strips and how best to go about it, as the covering is peeling off mine.also has anyone covered theirs with carbon effect sheet? Any advice would be appreciated, as I think my zed will look a lot better once they are done :)

hi guys after a bit of advice would you go with a bigger cored race type alloy radiator or front mount intercooler to help with cooling engine temperatures i will be fitting a veilside front bumper with a much better air flow front apperture and was wondering on the merits of both thanks

Mikey and I (Mostly Mikey) fitted the Brembo grooved discs which were originally on my car and the steering rack we picked up this morning from Bazs today. Last night we cleaned up and tightened up her handbrake shoes too, so she now has a handbrake, no wobble in the steering (There was over an inch of play in the old rack) and no wobble or vibration on braking (Warped disc and originally a loose calliper):D :clap: :thumbup1: :punk: :thumbup: So now it's sounding right (Exhaust replaced), it's driving right (brakes and rack replaced, but still needs suspension replacing because the shocks are shot) and she's well and truly getting on with her boot install. as the title says really, tested for boost leaks after the idle on my zed has been suffering and seem to have found the culprit. not sure how its come about but before I go capping it can anyone tell me what its connected to just to be safe. pics

Anyone done their plenum matt red? Ive seen a few alterations but i cant decide what colour to do mine. Ive dont the throttle cover Gloss black with the raised nissan in red and the balance bar in gloss black. The original plan was to have the cam covers and rocker covers gloss black aswell. Also would enamel paint be the best to use? Mark

Alex & Mike came round to mine earlier to get some bits and I kind of roped them into swapping my engine :whistling: The car has sat untouched since mid september, I'd unbolted (almost) everything at the time and tried and tried to get the engine out but then gave up with it after a list of difficulties. But now the old engine is out and the new engine sat in the bay, so just needs plumbing in! Saved me an awful lot of hassle and swearing, so massive thanks guyZ :thumbup1:

got my car back from zedworld today. They've put a better exhaust on, (ta pyronut) fitted a chip and done a few other odds n ends. He was great to start with but now he's sooooooo much better!! :biggrin:

Hi all ive just bought a manual conversion and was wondering if theres anyone in the south east london area who could help out doing the conversion or even a garage that comes recommended? (id take it to zedworld but its a bit of a mission from were i am) I dont mind getting my hands dirty and can easily get my hands on a ramp but having never done one before im not sure what id be letting myself in for!! cheers for the help Nick
