How many of you lot are coming to this event. It would be good to see a few more ZX's than last time. Went to JAE for the first time this year and saw some awsome 300's. Whoose was the the Green Z with the nice rear spoiler (I want one).

Got my car back from Nissan, 2 questions: 1) They machined the discs and put new pads on all 4 wheels, when the car has stopped and I let the brake off lightly the brakes tend to make a rubbing noise, is this cause I havent worn the pads in long enough? 2) they replaced the airflow meter to fix my hesitation problem, now I mainly seem to have hesitation and erratic revving when the engine is cold, any ideas?

Only joking, can anyone suggest a garage to fit(and maybe supply) the heater core. SE cant fit me in till after the 20th of Aug , so any recommendations in the London or surrounding areas would help me alot, as I dont fancy going round silverstone without it. Ta, Trev.

As we've all seen the previous posts on front end braking shake, mine aswell. I still can't solve my cars. I've had 4 wheel laser alignment, discs skimmed (both sides at once)! wheels checked, And today had the hubs & discs clocked on the car, pads 8-9mm on and re-champerd. All is ok, but the cars still very eratic under long bracking 70 down to 30 or so. When I have to stop quicker its fine! Could it be the 2" ish rubber bush on the brace arm worn, making the wheels tuck in or out under braking. Or any of the steering bushes wearing that would cause this. Its getting expensive having work done with no result, and I'm running out of ideas. Need hel…

I posted recently regarding the rattle coming from the centre underneath of my TT recently - I just wanted all you great guys who replied/helped to know - that it turned out to be the middle exhaust section/balance box! I have sourced a Stainless Steel unit from SE Engineering - Malvern @ £260.00. Anyone know of similar for less money? 90 JAP TT 2+2?? Cheers again!

I'm wanting to change the radiator in my 300, (1991 twin turbo auto), but have found it to be different to the diagram in the Z32 manual (LC-13). Where the diagram has the two 'A/T oil cooler hose' (in and out) joining the radiator down one side. My rad has these two pipes on BOTH ends of my current radiator, with the two top pipes joining into one in a fork, and then the pipe going off towards the engine, similarly with the bottom pipes. On checking the current radiator the flow form the top of one side, comes out the bootom of that side, and the same for the other side, (ie seems to be two separate cooling sides for the A/T oil) Has anyone seen/heard of this…

OK here goes opening a huuuge can of worms I'm after a Zed, and have the chance at an Auto that's a steal at the price.. I've driven Auto's before - but they were Rover 620, 623 and a Nissan Bluebird 1.8GS (which was a bit dodgy ).. Other than that, it's always been manuals for me.. What's peoples opinion in the Auto box in the Zed? (a 1990 Z).. Am I gonna get bored when I go down the twisties? Does it suffer from lag particularily? And one other thing - I have a tendency to mod my cars What kind of HP will the Auto box take before it explodes into a million little pieces? Thanks guys ------------------ Az

Hey ya'll Talking to a few guys at billing yesterday there was a few people that wanted parts from courtesy but didn't wanna pay the delivery. I too might wanna put a little order in soon so here is what i suggest. If there are people out there that want smallish items from CN post your interest and what you want here - we can then work out numbers and if it is worth doing. Note Small parts only as we wanna keep it to a 60 dollar carton. So No Exhausts , Drive Shafts , Trannys , Engines or Body parts im afraid. Remmeber also if you are thinking abuot it you will need to Add VAT and Duty onto the price of the Item as CN Shippments ALWAYS get…

Excellent news fellow Z-sters - I finally got my car back from Polesworth! Got the radiator rebuilt and some of the clips on the fuel lines replace and all seems well with the beauty. The only critisism I had was that one of the mechanics must have hit the front spoiler on something as it is now cracked and paint chipping off. I have brought it to the manager's attention and they will work something out for me over the next week. Bastards! Took the car over to Holland this morning (see what you mean about the forward facing purple cameras on the A14 toward Harwich). Not sure if I was done because I can never figure out what the legal speed limit is on dual carriage ways…

Hi All, What a day, survived the journey up with Pete saw some nice cars on the way. We stopped off at south mims services for fuel and quick pose, which was alright until another blue R34 turned up with bigger alloys (although his near standard car was no match for our 550bhp motor). Despite the power his car looked nicer so we decided to head off to the M1. After a carefull law abiding drive up the M1 we arrived at JAE. Cool lots of cars, plenty of Z's and other Nissans. Saldy there were some FTO's there so took a few pics. The spooky bit comes at the NTOC stand where I came accross my old Silvia Turbo (which I had sold in 1997). Still a runne…
