I went to the JAE show today and have had a nightmare journey home. Firstly my mate noticed water dripping down on his foot. It only seems to happen when the aircon/cold air is on (I haven't tried with hot air). I'm gonna have a look tomorrow by taking the glovebox out and seeing if I can find anything. Have you any ideas what it can be??? I have looked on the forum and it seems that it could be anything from the aircon drain pipe to heater/aircon matrix. By the way the water is clear. And then to top it off, there was an accident in front of me on the motorway and I went over the debris which damaged the plastic engine undertray (which I've had to pull off, coz i…

Anybody heard from Andy-Duff! I was on the messenger thing to him a week or so ago. When my end crashed. All went bad. Big time, got the access back but no messenger? And he's not showed a peep since. Hopefully he's bringing my new nose section down with him tommorow! Anybody been in touch with him ? ? ?

NONE! No tell a lie. I saw another one in my home town. The only other one I have seen and my parents have my car on holiday. They get back on Saturday. But I will have no MOT because it will run out by the time they will get back. It wont pass because of the sills. One side it done but the other is not. I can not fix it myself and my dad will be more bothered about getting his car working before he thinks about helping with mine, so it could be yet another week without my beloved Z. *Sniff Sniff* I am sick of getting lifts every where. *tear* I want my Z Stuart

I just wanted to know if the only way to re-set your ecu, is to disconnect the battey for 1/2 hour, or is there a quicker way? Also, when cleaning the sensor connectors around the engine bay, does it matter if the battery is connected or not? Cheers Vijay

i go this morning to fit two new front tyres, and i notice that when i let of the gas and the car is still in gear and then accelerate again i get white smoke comming from the back, it only happens itemittently but f##$$k what do i have to do to get this car reliable, maan, now im not sure if i should chance JAE Tomorrow.

Used my zed for the first time in three weeks this morning and had a cruise from the Isle of Wight to work in Winchester. On leaving Portsmouth I had this middle aged dude come hammering up behind me in a P reg merc 500sl convertable. Pulled into middle lane and let the guy level off with me.....let the twin turbos kick in as he went to go past!... Before they set in not much differance between the two... but..F##K ME...was he shocked to see me pull away from him with some ease. This is the only car I have had where you forget how much performance you have in reserve!. With the engine mods I made on this thing the power it has still surprises me even now. The guy l…

Mornin' all! I have scoured all forums but failed to find a solution (could possibly be because of a very late and boozy night ...) My Jap import autobox beeps when put in reverse. I thank God that it isn't audible outside of the car but inside you'd think you're driving a bigrig! Anyone know how to disengage this? Also, how do I know whether my tranny has been fitted with a cooler? Anything in particular to look for ... my trans. tunnel gets scorching hot ... me thinks I ain't got no cooler.
