  11. Started by Terry,

Hi guys, I have some m6 countersunk bolts for the wings and engine bay. But I'd really like to turn my meister r coilovers into countersunk bolts, So I wanted m10 anonised blue countersunk washers, but cant find any. Anyone else ever converted them I have not even looked yet, im thinking there gonna have an m10 stud screwed in the top mount and if I get it out push the bolt through the opposite way, and have a nice clean countersunk bolt instead of a dirty old stud lol... Any advice appreciated,

I've not been on here for a long time but seem to remember I had populated my rides section with a lot of detail - and it's not there anymore! I did try searching for any news but couldn't find any - what happened to it all? And how do I set it up again? I only see options to upload photos now....

  18. Started by Funkysi,

Never seen one topping out at 120mph before. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300ZX-Z32-MPH-SPEEDO-CLUSTER-INSTRUMENT-PANEL-Two-white-dials-91000-miles-/121225561244?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c399b449c UK cars obviously have 180mph dials. USDM have 160mph dials. Wondering whether it's converted JDM clocks as I think the boost gauge is mmHg rather than PSi. Maybe in the heyday of the grey import trade for these cars, you could simply fit a dial face rather than go through the process of fitting a speed converter?

  19. Need dome advice here, 2 months ago the heater matrix was changed, by mistake a new one was not re-fitted, since then the windscreen and both drivers and passengers side windows all have condensation on the inside. Since the heater matrix was changed there is no hot air coming out the vents at the top of the centre console, it will blast up to the windscreen and also down by your feet but not into the car from the top vents. Any suggestions?

Is this the relay near my brake peddal to playwith to make my lights flash at norm speed again cas of leds fitted yes.

  21. Started by Stephen,

Right then guys, nice easy one. Can you tell if this zed is a long wheel base or a short wheel base. The answer is actually very obvious for those in the know, but for the newbies please don't spoil it. we can reveal the answer tomorrow once they have had a stab at it. Just a random z32 from google images. Feel free to add more examples, but make sure you know 100% which one it is before you post your tester pic. Hence the reason I piced this pic, no cheating fuel filler flap shot and another tale tale that makes us 100% ok here we go....... SWB or LWB?

  22. Started by mantav8,

Well got a bit done on the car,got the Tailgate smoothed and in primer, Blacked the roof bars front and rear................. Then tried on the arch extensions, I'm not having these on the car, just trying for fitment as they are the same we made for Bob's car. Looks like they fit a LWB spot on! Will look great with wider wheels..........

  23. Started by Tudor...,

Can anyone tell me the width with the mirrors folded in, at the very widest point? I have to move my Zed (engine-less) and unsure if it will fit in the new garage. Thanks in advance (be precise, it's gonna be a tight squeeze) :-)

  24. Started by Terry,

I got my zed back today, been waiting forever lol... I picked it up has a shell with doors on cause I picked all the other bits up Thursday. Can't fit car and all the parts in the garage so had to throw bumpers etc on, I haven't lined them up properly yet gonna do that tomorrow. But run out of time today so ive got to leave it outside in the rain tonight to the space is clear to get it in. The carpets are coming out again so im sure a little bit of water wont hurt it to be honest I have no choice. It has no windows in either lol... I really like the colour and its really quite white, its so hard to explain the colour but now its dark the s…
