Just a quick message to say thanks to Phil at C&S Wood in Manchester. I recently was travelling back from Scotland when the water pump packed in on me, NIGHTMARE! One quick stop in to Johnny at Grasshopper and he put me in touch with Phil. Needless to say the job was done very quickly and to the highest standard. Phil gave the car a good look over and done my Brakes while he was there. The price was very good and i would recommend him to anyone in the Manchester area as this as he has a zed of his own and knows what he is doing unlike many other garages that i have tried. Ok, is there anywhere that have the following for sale in the UK, and what kind of prices do you reckon I should be looking at?: 1. JWT ecus 2. 550 / 555 injectors 3. Greddy SP or B&B Triflo exhausts 4. A decent clutch capable of taking 450bhp, but still feels nice (any thoughts?) ...all required before my car can be driven again (been without the zed for 7 months so far, *sob*) Also, what pressure does the Z fuel system run at? So its the water system again, well I have replaced pipes, rad and the water pump. Would it hurt to leave the Thermostat OUT? as the 300zx engine seems to run hot anyway. Also doeas anyone know where to get a heater matrix from? Oh car is a 1990 import NA

Ordered mine very late on Friday from DV-Depot. Arrived this morning. Bloody excellent customer service. Half way through film at the mo. Have to say that first race, by the time they get upto speed, I would be done and having coffee and donuts and those 2 birds (for winning the race) by the time they get into 3rd. LOL. My turbos are smoking under boost, blue smoke lots of CRAP. Has any one tackled replacement themselves how bad a job is it I am a mechanic to trade, is it an engine out job or can it be done in-situ? I am considering hybrid turbos any one have any stories or reccomendations what bhp can I expect running standard internals HKS induction, Mongoose exhaust and have just received breather kit so cats will be getting binned. My car has done 77000 so engine should be fine no Knocks etc

same old story i have a headlight problem. i have a glow in the dark carnt c a thing. have changed bulbs but no change. candles r brighter. have been told to test dim dip box. dose anyone know where it is, as its not where its suppose to b. ( uk spec) please help before i crash my untamed beast.

This is the sensor that is bolted into the turbo. I think that mine is knackered cos when I go into diagnostics, the computer is saying that the left bank is running rich regardless of whether I unplug the sensor in or not! Yet on the right side everything is OK. Does anyone have one 4 sale?

I understand TT models are 300 bhp with manual trans, and 280 bhp with auto trans. Is this correct? Also, is there any difference in bhp between import and UK cars? Finally is there any difference in bhp between 2 seater and 2+2 cars? Thanks, Ed

What are the best tyres you can get for the Z at a good price? All four tyres on my car need a change but I have not had them changed before since I have bought the car so not sure what to put on them. By the way, they are going on the standard rims...

Aaron Was speaking to Andy Duff last night about replacing the fuel hoses, and he said that you had done this recently with demon tweeks. Wondered if you could give idea to sizes and diameters so that I can place an order. Any help greatly appreciated. Mark

anyone tried supercharging the n/a 300z? less plumbing that turbos faster spool and the boost is much more predictable. anyone know what psi the high compression n/a engine can handle. (yes i know the fuel supply will be the first problem but if that is upgraded how much pressure can it take?)
