OK then people, time for a clear up of what is understanded.... I seem to remember about 3 years ago the government banned fixed retail prices - ie RRP What is the score if a company decided to try and fix the price their distributors are supplying for? Then if their distrubutors don't comply either refuse to supply to them or up the cost of supply to them? This is a sore point with a lot of people in this country at the moment and I was wondering where people stand legally? As far as I thought, if a manufacturer tried to fix the price of their goods this was illegal??? If I wanted to buy X product at Y price and then sold it at £5 loss thats my choice, right? …

Severn months ago when i knew nothin (and still dont)about the Z,i saw an add by a company called Vail side in the UK no adress but a phone number and a web site.Any way the add said that they were expecting a particular Z to come in to the UK in late July,so i called and even mailed them to ask them to phone me or e-mail me as soon as the car hits the uk.After not hearing from them for 7 months the wankers now emailed me asking was i still interested in buying a Z.What complete tossers,like i am realy ever going to deal with thouse prats again.Who are Vail side in the UK surley they are not reprosentitives of Vail side of Japan with there lack of profesionalisum,Sorry ab…

I'm trying to pull the spur of loom that goes to the ECU out into the engine bay.. and I'll be buggered if I can get it to budge - I've pulled with all my might.. yanked.. sworn.. and thought about cutting the loom.. and I still can't get the ECU cable to budge into the engine bay.. There isn't a bolt/clip up behind the dash is there? Please tell me there isn't...

After messing with the ECU last week the Z is dead. I have unplugged the ECU and tried turning the key but it's exactly the same - dash lights come on as normal but nothing fires/turns over when I turn the key. I was told that even without the ECU the fans should come on and the engine will crank. It's not doing this. Any ideas? Need to get it sorted this weekend.

Does anyone have any tips on changing the rear brake pads ? Is there anything I need to know about the ABS, cause otherwise I'm just going to unbolt the old ones and screw on the new ones - is that ok ? Is it as simple as a fiesta ? Also....... some bastard nicked the z centre logo on my steering wheel and now I have just a glob of glue where my nice logo was, anyone know where I can get another ? 1990 Jap Import. as usual thanks for your help

Sorry to highjack the forum but have a problem with my e-mail account wonder if any IT bod can help me. I am receiving my mails ok but have been told by senders they are getting a failed to deliver message? have tried mailing myself and that right,although I received my own mail I then got a mail to say it was undelivered? in the text tiem out error is mentioned.I also have noticed my genie alert to my mobile phone is no longer working. My ISP (Freeserve) has a help page and have mailed them but keep getting auto replies which are not on subject!! come on guys any thoughts? is it down to the Isp or can I have possibly accidentally changed something in my Pc settings whic…

In the picture below there is a black plastic box on the o/s wing just in front of the bulkhead. It has 1 pipe going to the plenum ballance bar! & a couple of wires from the grey connector. Looked through the cd to no avail. Could this be the cars boost sensor that sends a signal to the boost guage, or not! I need to find the boost sensor to wire my new ELECTRICAL! boost guage too If its not, somebody tell me where to look. Then can you tell me the colour of the wire to cut & connect to run the new gauge. As im runnin' short on fuses now LOL.
