For doing 30mph in a 30mph zone, are they taking the piss or something? Got myself a producer for my troubles with the words 'Cautioned for speed' written on it, not impressed. How can I tell if its running OK? Is a rolling road the only way? The reason I ask this is becuase I have never driven any other Z, nor have I been in any other Z while its moving. How can I tell if my car is running lean? Its running smooth and it started every time straight away. I cant complain about the power, its good, but I have nothing to compair to, except my friends Lancia Delta HF4 Turbo, which I can say has faster acceleration than that, just by feel. Hi all I've ignored this for long enough! There appears to be a droning noise that I'm trying locate. To me, it sounds like it's coming from the front (so I thought it could be the wheel bearings, as I can just about "feel" it through the steering wheel - does that make sense?). However, having read the threads about the propshafts I'm now thinking the worst. The noise starts at about 45mph, but doesn't get any worse the faster I go. Its definately a noise and not a vibration. Any ideas? Cheers Paul

Hello all, Came out of work last night to find my Z had been attacked again the dozy arsewipe has kicked in the rear panel between the tailights and kicked off my wing mirrors which swung back and forth on their wires causing nice big arc shaped scratches on both doors (well at least they match). I was wondering if anyone had a rear centre panel for sale? Thanks, Brian

Hiya Guys, I am getting a lot of bounce from the rear of my car and I suspect that the shocks are failing. I am considering replacing all 4 with uprated ones and possibly some new lowering springs. I have done a few online searches and forum searches but have trawled up nothing so far. Some advice, reccomendations and supplier details would be very helpful. Thanks. Amer.

Craig/Nico I have been just using the search. It has only been returning partial results. When I manually found the posting all the search words were in there. If I search for all my postings it only finds a dozen or so. Somethings not quite right. If you search for "grapevine" in the gen forum it doesn't find it - but it's there in the post. I have all the right search criteria selected in the drop down menus. Maybe it's the hyper-phase linear thrust converter? Probably not tho. Over to you. cheerz

Bit of a tricky one this. Does anyone know anybody that make custom, reasonable quality custom discs? I want some 4 hole Z32 Zed disks. So that's some 280mm/30mmm 4 hole with 114.3 PDC discs for a reasonalbe price. I dunno what the rotor offset is but it's the same as the Zed. A few guys have redrilled std EBC Zed discs but that seems a bit shoddy to me, much rather have proper jobs if economically viable. A set of EBC Zed discs, then drilled for 4 holes, is £200 notes, and to be honest if I'm paying that much i want ones that are right. To be really honest I'd rather not pay that much. Any ideas guys? Jezz.

Silver, 60k, just had re-con auto-box fitted ( Cost £1100 with 12 months warranty ) 60,000 mile service, new cam belt, new original nissan plugs, rear crank seal, new pads, etc, cost £1200. Receipts to prove.
