Sorry to post here, but I've been trying to get a hold of Luke @ Zcentre.co.uk. I bought the BodyKit #3 and I've been trying to fit it on my Z. The rear arches don't seem to line up w/ the stock arches. Anyone else have this problem? If I line-up the rear of the arch to the rear of the wheel well, the front of the arch extends into the wheel well and is about a hand span away from the tire. If I line-up the front of the arch w/the front of the wheel well then the rear of the arch extends into the wheel well by several (~3-4) cm and does not line-up w/the rear bumper. Is this normal? Am I supposed to have to modify/cut the arch to make it fit or …

OK, I asked about tyres a little while ago but can't remember what was suggested. Can't be arsed to do a search so I'm asking again!. I am now in a position to buy some tyres after finding a little 'bubble' on one of my front tyres so will be off to micheldever tommorow lunchtime to change them. Question is then, what is a good all round tyre?. Dont really use the car in the wet unless I have to so whats good then. Cheers

I'm after the following bits for my 1990 N/A import. I think I'm right in saying that all these are the same for all models... 1)Front passanger side Tension Rod with bush 2)Front drivers side upper link arm and bolts I'm also after the following if anyone has got 'em: Black leather steering wheel without cruise buttons on it (off import) Black Leather shift knob Speedo face in MPH for N/A (without the turbo gauge at the bottom) If they are in excellent condition good prices will be paid. Either post on here or e-mail me with the cost inc P+P within the UK. Thanks Stephen

I have had an intermittent (sp) clicking noise from my engine. It only happens at low revs, between idle and 1500 revs, Over that it doesnt happen. Its not a tappet noise, its deeper on is only 1 thing making a noise, not lots of tappets. I was wondering, could a worn out injector make that noise? Stuart

My clutch has a lot of movment before reaching the bit point. It moves 4 inches down very easily before getting hard and then I only have about 1 inch of movment left. The bit point litterally just above the clutch being fully down. Does it just need adjusting? Or is my clutch going? Stuart

  10. A city boy, Kenny, moved to the country and bought a donkey from an old farmer for $100.00. The farmer agreed to deliver the donkey the next day. The next day the farmer drove up and said, "Sorry son, but I have some bad news, the donkey died." Kenny replied, "Well then, just give me my money back." The farmer said, "Can't do that. I went and spent it already." Kenny said, "OK then, at least give me the donkey. The farmer asked, "What ya gonna do with him?" Kenny, "I'm going to raffle him off." Farmer, " You can't raffle off a dead donkey!" Kenny, "Sure I can. Watch me. I just won't tell anybody he is dead." A month later the farmer met up with Kenny and asked, "…

Now you're all probably going to call me thick for asking this as it's probably impossible! But... does anyone know of any ramps you can buy to get a Z with a standard front up into the air? If not, how do you guys without access to garage facilities get underneath your vehicles? I'd be loath to get under a Z supported only on axle stands. Cheers Mike

Yellow Z spotted this lunch time driving through Coulsdon. Did'nt catch the registration (after all the theft awareness recently would'nt post any of it any how) but did notice it had aftermarket twin single exit exhausts. The rest of the exterior/wheels etc were pretty standard.

Hi guys, I've just been to see a poorly Zed of a colleage of mine and need to bounce some ideas off you guys to see if I'm heading in the right direction. These are the symptoms: 1. Car is very difficult to start 2. Idles EXTREMELY rough and stalls after a while (if you don't keep your foot on the accellerator) 3. ConZult ECU codes results - 13 (Coolant system) & 34 (Detonation sensor) 4. ConZult sensor reading - engine temp is very slow to climb to operating temp (took about 1/2 hour at 1500rpm to climb to 68C) 5. under light load (while stationary) there is obvious detonation (but not all the time) The ECU code 34 is not a worry as (a)the…
