ok can i pick peoples brains (not litraly) :D i want a sub and amp for the back of my car and dont know whick to go for the choices i have found a 10 inch rock ford fosgaste with amp and box a 10 inch vibe with built in amp in box a 10 inch lightning audio with amp and box i had a 12 inch vibe before and was exelent but was told rock ford was the way to go just wondered what every one thought thanks

my car is in for a overall respray( same color= cherry red) and fitment of a 99oem spoiler and SE monza rear spoiler.Just to have it nice and fresh, didn't have any accident or so... I saw the front yesterday without the spoiler and noticed the water tanks just after the intercoolers; yikes!!!(btw: these IC are TINY!!!) Out the water bottles go, as i think they must inhibit the flow trough the IC's. For that reason the car shop wil make an opening, a slit really, in the oem spoiler between the wheel arch and the blinkers, just like in the SE monza front spoiler. Now the question is: where do I relocate the tank for the windshield fluid? Would a container in t…

Hi Guys , i'm new to the forum and have just (yesterday) bought a TT. Well it was born a TT (i think) but they have been either bypassed or removed. It is a 1990 2 seater..... Engine #004058 I have a few questions for you all and need to know if i have bouight a lemon... 1. It hesitates all of the time. The guy who i bought it from told me that it is the alternator that is the problem.He says its a 90amp when it should really be 110amp. Is this the case? Hi peeps, ok, had my Zed for 5 days now. Got my tax, 2 new goodyear F1's on the front and it's booked in with Jeff on Monday for a week to be well and truley pampered. Should be getting Cam belt, water pump, oil & filter change, Thermostat & TB clean, then it's gonna get a brake upgrade Bremo pads and discs on the front and new discs with kevlar pads on the back. New brake hoses all round, then a little tidying up of the underside of the front drivers wing. Finally some locking wheels nuts and a nice Engine clean and detail. Hi all, Can i link the pressure for plenum - before the plenum? I know the ballance bar is at the back!!! But i've run out of room for new plenum coolers at the intake. Can i link in the hard pipe to plenum inlet area? If you know what i mean. & can i cross lines from L/tub to right inlet & vise versa? harve

What sort of d/l speeds are you getting (in Kbytes/sec) & for what cost? Reason I ask is that I've been on NTL broadband for around 8months & had always assumed that I was on their slowest service which is 64k/s because I was getting d/l speeds of around 64-80 Kbytes/sec. Have now found out that I was actually on their 600k/s services because they quote the speeds in kilobits rather than kilobytes & they had actually failed to charge me for the service. I am now back on the 64k/s service which is not much faster than dial-up & TBH it's sh|t. I need a faster connection quicksmart so do I start paying the £25 a month for the 600k/s service …

1990 TT 300zx Basically noticed a strong smell of what seemed like oil when I stopped car after about 40 minute drive. There was also a boiling noise coming from engine somewhere but I couldn't locate where it was coming from, so not sure if it was water or oil. That night on the way home I noticed that the oil pressure gauge went through: start car, goes up to 5 or so (5/8th), then settles down a bit and increases with engine revs as you'd expect, but settled lower and lower. After about 10 minutes driving it's not moving, just sitting at around 2/8th irrespective of revs. It does this everytime I start it, so I'm not using it at the moment... I …
