Thought the rears were 6x4's?? So bought these ........£95 they were and then went to fit them and found these! They are quite clearly round!!!! Hmm, wonder if I can get a refund? Or anyone want these if YOU have 6x4's? £85, brand new!!! LOL.

The person who was going to do this has let me down and i cant find any place that can do it!! Anyone know of somewhere that can do this?? Cheers Mike

Best I can find are Kenwood DualMags at £95. Fusion @ £75. JBL & Pioneer @ £50. Hmmm, I'm a sucka for the best there is so looking like Kenwoods, any comments?

I am increasingly getting suspicious about my Zed and it's history. It is a Import and has all the usual stuff like folding mirrors, reflectors in the right places, clear indicators, same size wheels all round but I think the engine is UK, the fuse box covers are all in English is there any other tale tale signs that this could be the case. I am thinking maybe the engine was replaced after import. Cheers

Any of you guys in or around Bristol have a conzult. Im trying to work out why my car goes into saftey boost after being sat in traffic. I did recently put normal 95 ron petrol in, but only half a tank and when that went put optimax in. Im thinking about filling up on optimax and putting in an octance booster to see if this cures the problem first. I can hear detonation, but then the exhaust on mine are big and so loud i cant hear the engine at all. Cars costing me a bomb at the moment as it had some crappy exhaust on with SS boxes but the connection pipes were mild steel, so a nice hole appeared just before the back boxes. Purchased a Mongoose Quad SS sytem so …

Is there a manual of any kind like Haynes do for other cars. I ordered a Haynes manual for the 300ZX from america, but i think its a mark one, looks nothing like my car!

Ok guys, again several issues, but i'll start with the most important and then do the rest in other threads. Car was running perfect until i gave it a little snot, got it home and it started idling really badly, it now stalls if you leave it a few seconsd without compensating with the accelerator. While ildling it's badly misfiring, which is why it grinds to a halt. I'll be honest i havent got a clue about it car, it like learning Japanese (pun intended). Where are the HT Leads? Spark Plugs? i am am interested in buying a zed, manual with leather tt 2+2 around 50K standard as poss in ex condition. what price should i be paying approx, what spec is best? jap or uk, is there a big difference in miles/condition/parts etc as insurance is around 1600 for jap and 800 for uk and experts who can give advice.......................

So what Exhaust Gaskets can be used on the Zed? I mean do you have to go and actually get the correct one's from the nissan garage, checked around locally and no one stocks them for the ZX, is there a way of cutting the cost corner? Chucked a set of these in the back of the zed today, nice and easy to put in and dont need to go chopping the zed in half to get them in!! Sound ok too.

Think the reg started G85... parked outside bodyfit gym off desborough park road at about 6:30pm.

There's a hole above the inertia reel for a screw/bolt which I don't have. What sort of screw/bolt goes in there? Thanks, Mooch

How do all? I've just got my hands on a brand new 6-Disc in dash CD Changer from my favourite cousin who used to work for a nissan main dealer. It's normal stereo size and would look cock-on in my dash below a cass/cd tuner. The problem i have is that i don't know what stereo will run it. I'm told that any stereo after 1995 fitted in a nissan will opperate it. Has anyone got one of these fitted in there's???? Model No. PN- 2302M/CE008

still having problem with my power steering .. im still leaking fluid .. had my mechanic check it and he diagnosed it had me ordered wrong hose.. had him check it again and found it was the high pressure hose.. he said it goes from the pump to the from steering rack . i went back to courtesy ordered it bam wrong hose again .. . My question is there a differnce between left hand drive and right hand drive in regards to the pressure hoses for the steerring pump?? im running out of options .plus courtesy is getting tired of me. and theyre the last people i need upset at me.... thanks..

hi all, As most of you know the Zed got written off. The insurance company, phoned this morning to tell me in checked with the DVLA and he says it an import so only going to give me £3700. Thats *****cks, as my car is a UK model with full service history from the dealership to begin with. It has the standard bigger wheels on the back, front and back UK bumpers. The cars even the UK models were made in Japan, so of course when they come over here they are coming from another country (import). Perhaps the first owner went to japan and got it, I do not know. Is there any other difference's between Jap Import and UK, as I need to tell this engineer from…
