Silver z32 on a47 heading towards norwich about half three. Only just spotted it at last minute as a d1ck head in front of me kept moving out to over take. :) :)

can any one tell me wether these are standard 300zx calipers or are they skyline? sorry shouldve been in general discussion

right just bought underdrive crank pulley from states hasnt arrived yet :( being underdrive what size belts are required any info woulb be appreciated as when it turns up i wann aget on and fit it cheers also... does it really make that much difference i just bought it really cos its nice n shiney. :D does it affect the alt. charging or the pas system i.e heavier steering ????? :confused: spose i should have researched it a bit more !!! :smw:

Hi guys and girls, im going to start painting my Z next week but still need the right paint code, im going to paint it nissan skyline R34 GTR V spec BLUE. ive tryed nissan uk who couldnt help and a few other companys with no luck. Anyone no on here know.

Need some tyres for the winter months, which ones you lot recommend? Got prices for Toyo T1S - 83.60, Dunlop - 78.90, Pirelli / Good Year - 90.65 or Continental - 100.00. Any advice as ever gratefully appreciated.

Right, this is probably one of those stupid questions that I come out with now and again :D I'm about to do my cam belt change over the xmas holiday period, so will be taking off the covers (obviously ;) ) What I want to do is have them painted, I like the idea of having Smithy do them at £35, but the problem is that there is no way I'll get them done this close to xmas (as he is going to get married, all the best mate :duffer: ). So I'm thinking of doing all the job, then looking at having the covers done later. So to the question, how much work would it be to take the covers off again later, to have them painted? Or is it one of those jobs best done while your d…

Hey all, Well after nearly cooking my engine and warping the heads, which at this point in time everything seems ok, i discovered that the immeadiate loss of coolant causing the said near meltdown i need found a hole in my rad the size of a 50p piece, nice! :shock: Therefore i need a new rad so what are my options, ranging from bottom range basic nissan OE replace ment, to mid range ally rad to top notch koyo style jobbies. people experience with any would be appriciated. i need to make a choice asap as my zed is my daily runner, and im currently using a jag xjs v12 convertable or a 306 td. again...nice! :cry: anyway options and opinion wanted and ne…

I sat there one day and thought......"i think i'll get a turbo timer!". So i did and a few hours have turned into months :mad: . I get the timer and fit it, all is good :dance: .Then i get a harness so i can fit it into the ignition circuit. Three harnesses later i managed to get one that fits the car (after having to get one imported). Fitted the harness tonight and it worked :dance: :dance: :dance: ...........slight problem though. My Z is an Auto and i can't get the fookin key out until the timer has finished counting down. Help me because its driving me mad. Is there a mod?? The timer is an Apexi.

Every time I fill the Zed up, I unsrew the filler cap and PSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! Anyone else have this??-sure it's pressure not vaccum as the cap seems to lift slightly when loosened off?? :) Is it a ZED thing? Cheers.

Hello there, I just bought a 300zx twin and want to buy some 18" wheels and this are the specs 8 x 18 but what is the size between the 5 bolts? (98,100,110,112,114,3,120) and if i fit 18" do need to adjust anything? And i find that my power is gone as soon i ride with a passenger, what is this problem causing? the engine has run already 250.000 km so maybe the pistons are worn out.... What is the normal oil pressure, and is it oke if the temperature varies, it goes up if i make the engine work. thanks, Colin (netherlands)

Hi, I have a T/T zed, with the 300 k/m clocks, which have been converted via a chip to MPH, if i was to get the new clock faces, that show 160 MPH, where would i get the correct chip to convert the speedo ??? Any idea on cost, and how much work is involved in fitting the chip ? Cheers

HTF do you undo the HICAS end of the rear track rod? It just keeps turning :confused: Do the two huge thin nuts further in have to be shifted? Also the inner most bolt of the front top links - the bolt is blocked from being removed by the inner wing lol. I can't beleive Nissan made it so that the whole bracket needs to be removed? :confused: Cheers :bow: Pete

Seen 2 in 2 days. 1st one a gunmetal grey one H plate import on Widrington Road Tuesday at about 8.30 ( iwas in the red one behind you) 2nd one was a red H plate import junction at the end of the same road (i was the nutter in the white van waving at you!!!) Who are you then??? Show yourselves!!!
