Should be getting my zed back:hyper: next week after full service (cam belt, water pump etc.), respray, and a few other mods like 99 spec front and lights, JWT Chip, Boost Controller etc. Going to be buying coolers of Chris in the group buy and already have full SS exhaust, CAT removal and stillen induction kit. So I can start saving my pennies, whats the next step on the power ladder and what brands are you guyz recommending. Im fitting my Viper/Border wings soon and dont really want to cut holes in them to put the indicators in. Is it a legal requirement to have the wing indicators? Will I have to get the mirrors with the indicators in? Or will the indicaters in the front bumper do? Thanks :duffer:

Bumped into a guy at Japfest, who i had met some time ago at a UJC meet. He was driving a black 300zx TT which he had just bought, anyway when i spoke to him at japfest he told me he had sold the car as he found out it was a ringer. So if anybody has bough a black, Manual, 300zx TT from Bristol over the past 6 months get it hpi checked. Marcus

Hi all, Just a quicky, where is the cheapest place, all in, for 99 spec rear lights? Ideally I want a clear tail light aswell as indicators, for a totally silver rear end, any ideas anyone? - no DIY please - thats why I need to buy them in the first place!! :) Cheers in advance Adrian

I've tried changing the thermostat, and flushing out the rad fluid, pressure tested the cap and rad and no leaks there. The heater comes out cold when econ is off. And now i only get half of the boost on the stock guage. I could be driving and its all good and then, BAM! straight to the 'H' mark! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Can you replace the rear oil seal with the gearbox still in and do you need any special tools to remove the seal.This could be next weeks job

Can anyone give any advice on what to check next to get rid off the red HICAS light on the dash Its only started coming on the last day or two and is intermittant but mostly on. When I start the Z it's OFF but then comes ON within the first minute or so of driving I've checked and topped up the Powersteering fluid - no effect Checked the connector that leads from the Power steering resevoir - looks clean with no green corriosion Tried doing the HICAS Diags (turning wheel left 20 degress then right etc) - couldn't get this to work at all no matter how many times I tried the wheels would neither twitch or move 1 degree to the left or right. and while d…

Hi folks, am new to the forum and looking to buy my first Z. Have seen a 91 non turbo manual new from Japan for sale and thinking of buying it. Could someone give me some pointers as to what to look out for please. It has 40k on the clock and no real history with it (not in english anyway!) I can get it with warranty which seems to cover most things. Starts well and seems smooth burbling tickover. Havent driven it yet, thats happening on thursday. Price asked for is 4499 although the guy will have adeal for cash. Any advice please would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Steve

Hi guys Nearly cured my misfire problems but i'm stumped now. Car now only misfires under acceleration. Its like stop start, almost like throwing a switch. It's nearly caught me out on some close overtakes. Any comments gratefully received.

who was it it was a black zed dumping it then parked up. it had a single big bore exhaust with HKS dumpvalves and HKS stickers on it and a high spoiler. it also had i think double pillar guages. with i think was a redish steering wheel. it was around 3-5pm any 1 from here.

Been in and drove 300zx twin turbo fell in love not a petrol head just love the style and rush want one for myself now don't want to be baffled with techinical stuff just want to know what look for got about £3-£5k to spend help

Drove back from work on friday, got stuck on the motorway doing 10mph for 1 hr in stupid hot temperatures. got home opened the bonnet an the sound of somethin boiling from the plenum area. no sound from the rad so i guess it was the oil. no is this normal or really bad. cheers marcus

AT albert embankment SE1 at around 4:50 Black, had big spoiler, and lambo lights think had white alloys and possibly white stiker on the door, not sure though only got a glimps of the ZED. first zed iv'e seen in ages. :dance:

Rite lads!! This is a contiuation of a earlier thread! As u can c from all the threads ive left every where im desperate!! :( So if anyone can help its beers on me :duffer: My leftside camshaft intake pulley is leakin but its not from the front where the spring and o-ring is this area is dry and its not the cam seals these are also dry but the leak is comin from the rear of the pulley itself, the side that faces the head! Any ideas!! :headvswal Is there a way to stop the leak or do i need a new pulley!!(NOT CHEAP) :( Thanks Andy.
