My abs has never worked but decided to check the control unit and got 2 flashes back. Done test as to manual and got 'replace actuator', is this just the black box or whole thing in the boot? Not sure if i should start repairing as i think when fixed if more faults will only then show? Also got bigger/better discs/calipers, and heard abs is not so good? Any help appreciated.

Thought i would show my pedals from Autovation. I initally had their standard set but after i had fitted the "dead pedal" i thought it looked crap so i sent them a scanned image of the plastic block and this was what they sorted for me. I know Jeff Silva from Autovation wanted to get you opinion as to whether this looks better.

bout to do an oil change, in the past garages have always done it. just wanted to confirm a few things. warm engine, remove sump plug, drain. remove filter. grease up o-ring on new filter, and fill filter with oil. fit filter (hand tight) fit new sump ring and refit sump plug. fill engine with oil. problem is - how much oil shall I put in. Ive already filled the filter with oil so it doesnt run dry for the first few seconds. I dont have a working dipstick as tube has been crushed by some donkey!! so I cant dip engine. Is it 4.5 litres to put in? Cheers

Guys Just checking to see if any of you can add to what I already think is the problem. After doing the manual conversion, and bleeding the clutch pedal, its still completely useless!! The kit came from AndyZ and was apparently working when it came off the car. The slave cylinder doesnt push out at all and there doesnt appear to be any leaks anywhere?!? The pushyout bit!! lol on the slave cylinder is realyl slack!! You can move it back and forth! Is it fooked? I think so...any ideas?

I have just found a hole on the left hand side of the steering column that was cunningly covered with a bit of black tape. Can anyone tell me what this should be for, if there is a stalk missing and what that does? Cheers

I have removed the front spring and shock absorber and I have found play in the upper link arm on both sides. Is this normal. If not what is the best repair. The manual is not very clear. The play seems to be between the bolt and the bush. Any help please. Whilst I've got the front suspension in bits is it worth changing any other wearing parts. Thanks.

Hi all, Would anyone be interested in a small group buy for a set of 6 brand new Nismo 555 injectors? They do NOT come with O rings but I believe these are quite cheap to buy. The price will be no more than £400 delivered to you. I'll need to buy 5 sets so if anyone's interested, please add your name. Cheers Vijay

Putting the zed back together and under the steering wheel there are 2 black air channel boxes. How the F**K do you put the big one in? I have removed the smaller one but when I try and twist it in and up into the part behind the center console, it just wont go!!! Ive spent nearly 45 minutes now laying in awkward positions, twisting and turning the pipe. Im presuming it goes in that side first then into the right hand side for the door vent shaft afterwards.

Got one! Well pleased, was worth the wait and looking around. 1995 on an M plate with 68k on the clock. Drove it home from Manchester and she drives like a dream. Everything nice and tight and no rattles, everything seems to work fine. Temp stayed just halfway, and oil prressure just under halfway. No service history, so going to get cambelt service etc done and put some good oil in. Thanks to all who gave me advice etc. Nice one guys. Have put pic in 'Rides' Was the photo I saw in the advertisement
