I think it was the M4 anyway! Would have either been M4 inside the M25 or the M3 outside the M25... Either way you were heading East! I could only see your roof from a distance, all I could ID was that you don't have a high level spoiler! :) Mark

You were heading towards Ealing. Only saw you when you were level, and you didn't seem to see me. I only noticed that you were spoiler-less and had a custom zorst- 2 single round pipes.

"I just got my car back from its first service since i bought it 3 months ago, according to the garage the previous owner had pulled off a vacuum pipe from the clutch (from the servo-assist) and bunged up the end... the garage has un-bunged it & put it back on & the clutch is now much lighter. Now for my question: Any guesses as for what reason the previous owner might have removed it? We can't figure out what improvement it would make? It just makes the clutch feel heavier...." THANKS TO ALL WHO REPLIED TO THIS THREAD... the clutch boost diaprahm/valve does leak which is why it was disconnected... I have now got a new problem though... my brakes have been cr…

please can anyone help with the following problem. i have a 1990 j spec tt auto, and have recently been having trouble with it. it will drive fine one minute and then the accelerator pedal will go rock hard, even if i stamp my foot on it,it wont move.this is then followed by the power light coming on. this will last about 2 seconds and then everythings back to normal again. it has done this before, ive just done an oil change and now it is happening every day.

XENON GAS CHARGED 501 SIDELIGHT BULBS. VERY BRIGHT BLUE/WHITE GAS PRESSURED BULBS + THESE BULBS ARE KNOWN AS EITHER 501 OR W5 BULBS , YOU CAN CHECK THEY WILL BE LISTED IN YOUR OWNERS MANUAL . + ALL BULBS ARE "E" MARKED , AND COME WITH FITTING INSTRUCTIONS. + THEY EMIT A STRONG BLUE/WHITE LIGHT WHICH IS VERY GOOD FOR ELIMINATING THE YELLOW LOOK THAT NORMAL SIDELIGHT BULBS GIVE OUT. Do these sound any good and will they fit?

My front wheels have a 5% / \ camber on them. I guess that might be to help handling. But is this too much and a bad thing. The handling is very good (lowered with 245 tyres all round) but it feels unsettled. I can live with the unsettled feeling but so long as this camber is a positive more than a negative.

Hi All, I recently had my car MOTed. I know the guys that did it, and they passed it no problems, but they did warn me about the foglight. They've put a note about it on the invoice saying it's not bright enough, and also is a bit obscured when viewed from anywhere but straight behind. They've said I should get something done about it before it's next MOTed. My car is a J-Spec and has had a foglight added in the centre panel on the RHS where the reversing lights are. Now I know some of you guys must have also had to deal with this issue so I was wondering what you did about it? I *really* don't want to stick one of those bolt-on ones on the bottom of the…
