Silver, High spiler, led Twin pot rear lights Going northbound between 19 and 20 this afternoon....about 6pm 'ish Was going opposite direction in Silver NA, on way back from SW Zed meet.

Been busy the last 2 weeks fitting bits and bobs to my Z. here's some photo's of what ive done so far. Done: Smithy Big Brake Kit, Scarab Front Bumper, Veilside C1 skirts, 6 pot LED rear lights Todo: Wire in lights, finish fitting bumper, blend in bumper and skirts. paint bumper and skirts. Pete

Got my zed, subscription cheque in post, need to start planning. My aim is to have, maybe not THE fastest, but one of the fastest around. Engine is ready in the garage, small block Chevy, 6.3litre stroker, Vortech supercharger, water/methanol injection. Was in my Granada till I blew the pistons. Was gradually increasing the boost when the pistons went. Got to 7psi which is probably about 450fwhp. Will be able to get an intercooler in this time. No room in Granny. This fits into a Tremec TKO500 5 speed box. Question is, what else will need upgrading? Someone on here said the tt diff would take 1000bhp? What about the prop?Anyone broke one of these? The she…

Im looking at swapping my diff and autobox oils and have decided to go for royal purple off the back of the recent thread that made it sound good. Autobox isnt a priority but would be nice to get done whilst the cars on a lift. After searching the castrol website ive found the following and wanted to check its correct before going head long into it : Diff oil 2.1 litres as 75w90 ? (this sound correct?) Autobox 8.7litres as dexron 3? Also had a search on "how-tos" and found one http://www.ttzd.com/ here, but the pictures are not great. I'll fit a 95 EFI harness with a 91 ECU. Will it work? If not, can I modified the harness to make the car work properly? I've already changed the fuel injector connector for earlier model...

Need to get my camber kit fitted this week before I go to germany but can't find anywhere local to adjust it. I've tried most of the usual places offering wheel alignment but none can do the camber. Not had much look searching on the net either :confused: Anyone know of a specialist in the north?

Got 2 sets of pads to put in my Z. Is ceramic or carbon kevlar pads the best?

Has anyone had a problem with interference noise on their radio. was going to fit a supressor to the alternator but then I realised how hard a job it would be. any better ideas how to fix?

Can someone please tell me the torque settings for the brake calipers to fix on as I'm half way through fitting larger discs and don't want to mess them up. ta.

My 1991 z32 recently failed it MOT with 4.59% CO. It passed on HC with 252pppm. It originally has no cat. Any ideas from people who had similar experience :confused:

has anybody got the new one. If so is it worth investing in. I had the old one but had to have it removed after a while as it started to mess up the gear changes etc (spoke to a few people who had similar problems with the old one)

i have a garage in town that has a top of line 4 wheel system, they have offered to do the car for me but they say they need to know all the settings for the car front and rear so they can enter it into the systems computer. can anyone tell me where i can find the correct settings for the , camber, toe, alignment etc that they may need?? and what ever else they will need that i cant remember. i will check the service manual tonight. thanks si edit: i have found the service manuals section on this, will this still be relevent as my car is now 40mm lower? link: http://www.300zx.co.uk/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=ma&dir=&config=&refresh=&…

Just been out and really played with datascan...everything seems ok the only thing im worried about is duty cycle which went to 93 on a heavy accelerate on full throttle, though the af ratio did stay at rich through that, and my timing at the same point dropped to 18 degrees, though at 140mph it was fine at 21 degrees and the duty cycle went down a bit as well. anyone shed any light on wether this means there is a prob or not.

Hi People, Hope all of are loving your Zeds with the weather. My heater matrix seems to have given up and I remember reading somewhere in the forum that it can be swapped without the dash being taken out. Is that true??? Could it be by-passed without the dash taken out too?? If so could someone please send me the link for it or tell me how it can be done... Cheers guys.
