Firstly my insurance company who have been so good and taken my money for the last 12 months has decided to not renew my insurance due to a change in underwriting policy so a big thanks to them :rant: Anyone recommend a good company? what would happen if i pulled the hand brake and drove for about a mile or two, on a handbrake, also is the hand brake on the back wheels or fornt wheels in a 300zx, im wondering becuas eonce i backe odut of the driveway on my hand brake and i didnt even know that it was pulled it was onyl untill i threw it in firts ii realized it

looking to upgrade to uprated tubs and intercoolers.my car is j spec and came chipped to the uk.will i need to fit 555cc injectors and how much worse does the mpg get.my car is a daily driver and costs me over £200 a month as it is and work is only 4 miles each way.anyone who runs these mods give me some input please?.

hiya guys i hav discovered that i dont hav a vry nice knockin noice at low revs! on start up and idle, its a bit worryin as i think i mayb bottom end bearings :eek:, has anyone else had this problem? its like something is loose!!! regards andy M3 drivers who do they think they am

Hi people, I changed my spark plugs today and found a couple of issues. 1. Coilpack number 5 and 6 I found with its rubber part on the bottom cracked. and 2. Spark plug number 3 I found the screw bit of the plug oily. Just wanted to know whether if these are serious issues. I did take the car out for a little drive. Due to traffic, I couldn't take the car to higher speeds but so far no sign of missfire or anything. Any help would be appreciated guys. Cheers.

Just been laying down beside my Zed taking a look underneath and have noticed a small oil residue covering the pipes. Possible oil leakage were the prop shalf meets the rear diff. Advice please peeps

cars been running fine and hitting 1 bar etc but thought i do i leak test as im on hols and theres a large amount of noise coming around the drivers side lower engine area ,cant seem to find it . is there anything around there that can cause this ?? thanks

Who has made big power gains on standard tubs. I know you should look for no more than 15 PSI - but some people we running much more from thier standard tubs at Bruntingthorpe. So how much power has been made from standard tubs and what mode did you have?

know why it feels as tho my rear wheels are turning when i go over bumps. my car jumps from side to side terribly. when i jack the rear wheels up i can turn the wheels about 5 degrees. it feels as tho the wheel bearing is fooked but it has previously been suggested that it could be worn shockers (they are very worn) or hicas arms. what are all these other bushes and are they worth replacing. pictures attached

Hi all just wondering what can you do to upgrade the standerd turbos? i have heard that theres business that can convert them to ball bearing type with larger impellers. If so where are they? how much ? and is there anything to upgrade in respect of this other then the ecu? Do i have to change the jet size for the intake to get the most out of them? And finally.......has any one had this done ? and what other upgrades would ye think i should do? 400 - 450 BHP is my aim with relibality beeing the main factor thanks :bow:

Hi, I have Tein Coilovers and the ride height is adjustable. I have just replaced all four tyres and have noticed a lot of wear around the inside edges of all four old tyres. I suspect this is due to the camber or incorrect suspension setup. I have rang Abbey Motorsport and am awaiting them to get back to me. They said they are not sure if they can help as they specialise in Skylines, however they said I might need new upper arms and bushes to get the shocks back in alignment. Does anyone know what this means or whats involved? Can anyone advise me on this matter and whether coilovers can be re-calibrated or aligned. Thanks
