I'm going to be replacing the above in the next few weeks. Is it a difficult job? In other words can I, who has a basic knowledge about mechanics, replace it or is it better to have a garage do it? Thanks

Simple job really. Bit of a sod lying on yer back under the car doing it.And you need the whole car front and rear up in the air really

You might need help with a puller to remove the old bearing.

Much easier job on a lift.
