Well... after FunkySi's post about chrome door handles, I bit the bullet and got hold of some... 99% sure that they'll fit... see pics! Anyway, may be a spare set if anyone's interested (once I know they fit!) Rich

when i put my headlights on as normal the dash doesn't light up but I get full beam on :confused: when i put the lower fog lights on, the main beam will come on, and so will the dash lights, but as soon as i turn the lower fogs off, the headlights switch to main beam :confused: i have checked the main beam switch (pushed it back and forth) but it doesn't make any difference. any ideas?

hi guys! i cant decide wether to buy optima yellow top or red top? :confused: my zed is a weekrnd toy so is often sat for a few weeks, i also have high power sound system that i would sometimes like to have running with car off without going flat! i have red top already which i was told was better for my situation but optima web-site says the opposite??? any help gratefully recieved! regards steven

I have a really daft question, i have a 1993 import ZX, are the indiactors meant to automatically cancell? Or not? Seems mad that a car of its specification (when it was new) wouldnt have indicators that automatically cancelled after completing a turn, but then again it is from Riceland

Where can I buy these from ? Also how hard are they to fit ?

Ive finally got round to having the funding to revive the Z. Ive had the cursed water pump replaced and the car has sat for a good couple of months. I started it today with no problem and it ran smoothly at a normal idle. Trouble is, there is a knocking coming from the rear of the engine which I don't like the sound of. Im hoping that its just because its not had a good run or service for a while. Trouble is, it did overheat for a while before I had the pump diagnosed. It was turned off straight away and not driven but I have heard bad stories about this. Any thoughts? Please try not to se[ress me too much though!

as per title, any1 know what colours were available for this series? iv had a browse through andyps site to no avail, though i could have had a 'womans look'! all i could find is that 'Off-white 'Pearl' color is dropped. Future 'pearls' are more of a semi metallic white'.

Never had a car fail on this issue before, but my local MOT station have failed a 300ZX because the dip beam is "switched off" whilst the hi-beam is on... what is the easiset solution to remedy this and also do we have any MOT testers on the club who can confirm whether this is an MOT failure issue!! hello all, i bought a os giken twin disc for my z32 TT. And i tryed to install it today but it won't fit :( There is 8 hole on my cranckshaft and the flywheel from the os giken as only 7 :( :( :( Also, i call the guy in the USA that sold it to me and he confirm it was install on his 300zx TT 1995. Chaps and Chapettes As some will know im looking for another zed. Looking at the market there dont seem to be that many that match the criteria that ive set myself. Im not in a huge rush to get one, i just want to be as sensible as possible and find the illusive "right one" Im going to guess that a few peeps, exculding the traders, have found a car in jap land and imported it themself, loosely speaking. Well Ive done it again. Got myself a 1992 series 2 UK Twin Turbo Manual in metalic black with black leather :hyper: De-spoilered, 17" split rims, lambo rear lights, millenium steering wheel, mongoose exhaust, touch screen kenwood stereo. Chuffed to bits with it!

was bored and was doing some reading on here, apparantly a lot of the zeds are running in safety mode without people knowing also read that cars with seperate boost valves/controllers dont get knocked into safety mode (also has been chipped) can anyone confirm this before i do an ecu check, i cant see how my car can be because it feels scary when thrashed
