Ok, had this for a while now but really could do with fixing. My darn drivers window does work at all. It used to work if you help the down button and hit the inside of the door but now nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this as its apparently a common problem

has anyone got any pics of front upper camber arms fitted to there zed, apart from the one one here, i put mine in yesterday but ot convinced ther are in the right way round i.e. do you have to turn one end one way and the other end the other, i hav done this because other wise i couldnt get the bolt holes to line up without putting excessive pressure on the bearings, Cheers Dutchy

Well that's it, after 4 1/2 years of owing the most wonderful car I could ever hope for, it's gone. Sold for a pittance and definitely heartbreaking to see it drive away. Big Zed shaped hole on the driveway this morning. Told the new bloke about this place, said it was invaluable for whatever you need to know about the cars. Hi Guys, my car has decided to sometimes not rev above 5k,sometimes its frine(usually when your trying to show people the fault),i've checked the plugs and they seem ok,tonight i got a loan of a working PTU but still no difference, its like i'm hitting the rev limiter,i thought at first it may be boost related but no matter if i'm at 1bar or 1.5bar as soon as it hits 5k it splutters, i've never had it out in the wet but i have another AFM to try incase,any other ideas? rather dangerous when you pull out to overtake and it does it. thanks in advance Paul.

does anyone know of any cleaning product that will get the black crud off my standard alloys? i dont want to be spending loads of money on all different products when they dont work. cheers Nick

I am trying to track down my old 260z 2 str..........i sold it back in 93 and had the chance to buy back about 5 yrs ago but the guy would not return my calls to finalise :headvswal . I carried out a hpi report last year and it came back written off! but when i purchased the car in 89 it was accident damaged, and i never done an hpi report so hopefully this means nothing. I spent well over 10k on this car to bring it back to show condition as well as uprating the engine [with a turbo] brakes suspension etc etc. So if any body can help me let me know. Dave

Hi, i'm thinking bout buing a 300zx tt uk spec man. ive got a budget of about 10 grand cos i was going to buy a supra but their too common for modifing so 300zx it is. Basically i wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction to turn a standard 300zx tt into a proper supercar performance monster. i mean a 0-60 time around the 3.5-4.5 sec mark? any ideas? ive seen a few sites but none offer actual kits for the zx, just a few one off turbo parts that doesn't explain what i need for a full system. any advise i'd appreciate it.

Any advise welcomed, i have all the right tools i.e 22mm o2 socket wrench and all the extender bars e.t.c. but they are both on so tight its stupid. Is their a little trade secret that i should know about ? please help. Fustrated of streatham. :cry:

well after much money and time the zed could be back on the road this weekend, ive done the bottom end and am in the process of replacing the whole clutch assembly, which was slipping like a baaasssstaaarrd. So i reckon i deserve a proper boost increase, the car is fitted with a set of original garret turbo's which have just been recon'ed a few months ago and i reckon the BBR CHIP should be replaced with a jwt and a boost controllerfitted. i,m lookin for a mongoose exhaust or similar.... must have twin each side....decatted. also like a induction. any ideas guys. lookin to get the max out of her while i can before i replace the engine late summer, so would love…

I have these fitted to my Z and they've covered around 4k miles. Anyone else have these or has anyone heard of any detrimental issues regarding these pistons or the installation of these pistons? Regards Steve E

Anyone know how I can confirm I have a JD chip in the ecu. I would have thought there woulda been a chip with 'JD' on it but there isnt?!?!?!!? Probably been foobed off like the 3.1 litre engine!!!
