Quick question With the boost problems I've had lately I have done a lot of reading through threads and from what I understand standard boost is 9.5 and safety is at 7. My car since I got it seems to reach full boost at justover 8. I think the guages are fine cause when it dropped into safety it was running at 7..... When it gets to eight tho it stays fairly constant which leads me to believe that it's not a boost leak. So my question is could it be anything else and if not it must mean it can be adjusted so is there anywhere around Hamphire that I can get it adusted back up??

Hi All, Anyone out there suggest a good place to get some new numberplates? Mine are really manky, and I think they're dragging down the look of the car significantly :wack: Any tips welcome... Thanks... CheerZ, JB.

Guys need some help, I am looking for a s/s exhaust for my LWB TT zed, I need the exhaust to sitting at my house in 2 weeks time as it needs to be done before the MOT. I have looked high and low but keeping finding the mongoose which I don't like. I am also thinking of have a single exit. i.e. 2 pipes in to 1. but don't know if this causes any restrictions as I was planing 3" back from the merge point and 2.5" elbows and decats. Anyone know where I can get one quickly and most importantly not going to break the bank (have other goodies i want to buy)

when i first start my car after it's been sat overnight or all day the power steering is very heavy (not completely broken just not as light as it should be) a hundred yards or so down the road it suddenly fixes itself and if i'm trying to turn at the time it becomes obviously lighter. it doesn't seem to matter how fast i acelerate or what speed i'm doing at the point it starts working properly once it starts working it seems to work fine for the rest of the journey (including short stops) at whatever speed just as it should. any ideas? thanks ian

I have a large single cone induction kit on my car and the foam has seen better days. It has a name on it that I cant seem to find on Google so I spose I will have to change the whole thing. Therefore I would like to know what induction kit would be best to get without spending a fortune. How important is the quality of the foam etc and all that business? Any help would be gratefully accepted. vini

I ordered 3 Swoosh gauges of GetGreddy and he never supplied the Oil Temp gauge. I've been searching around and can't seem to find this model anywhere, only the newer style Defi copies. If I can't find one I might have to sell the 2 I have as it will look crap in my triple pillar pod with one not matching.

Errr my car has been through 2 mots according the history but doesn't have a rear fog. How can this be if the MOT requires it. The car is a 90 TT 2+2 JDM. I have also check and there is no switches or anything installed for a rear fog. I assume I am going to have to fit one but how and where.

Hi guys Just in case anyone needs a replacement glass for their wing mirror, I've found that although Halfords don't do one specifically for the Zed, there is one which they supply which is a fairly close fit. It's code is: SR86 Cheers Jon

OK I will get the manual conversion done......................... Meanwhile: I noticed the other day whilst cruising at about 60 MPH that the box kept wanting to kick down. Also it felt like it wouldnt change up into top gear. On arriving home I parked it up and later went for a ride round the block. Everything seemed OK now? I have been told it might be an electrical problem rather than a mechanical one? The car has only done 56.000 KHM so not high mileage? Any thought on this please. I havent driven it since as its up on ramps whilst I am fitting the new front bumper. Thanks vini
