is it easy to fit a manual boost control or has anyone got any suggestions on upping my boost, as its running at 7psi. :confused:

My sister keeps tell me she has seen a silver ZX in preston. In her words "Its lovely, much nicer than yours... thank you very much helen!" Apparently it lives near the suzuki garage, anyone on here?

As above really got some from a member on here and thought it would be a good idea to replace them before i fit them.

my car runs high revs at first then slows to just under 1000 revs is this ok, my other 2 seemed to rev slower on tick over. cheers.

All you Zed mechanics and genius's out there please hear my plea :bow: :bow: :bow: I have to take my engine out to redo my turbo's and to fit new clutch and flywheel. I have looked at the guides online etc I have a workshop and a hoist where said deed can be performed. I just really need some assistance in doing said task. I can't afford to check it into a garage and them do it. So its down to me and anyone who would be willing to come and visit. I am more than happy to pay for anyones travel expenses and to keep you fed and watered to the highest standard. Anyone got the picture of the incar carputer installation that looked stock? Think it was legraths?

Just installed a nice new frontmount intercooler but now the engin kind off splutters when she trys to boost up and jerk and backfire a little (or try to)!! anyone got any ideas, its got a boost controler and has been remaped.... im stuck!! cheers

WShe's all home safe and sound, Now starts the interior wheels and install. Interior pannals are all retrimed and just need to go in, wheels are in the garge, just need the tyres putting on, and just need to put the stereo in...... errr the only thing i need are the seats retrimming! so all in all not bad, It's taken a long time to get to this stage,and it was a bit noisy on the way home with no interior in but i still get a smile when i drive (even though in the nearly 2 years i have owned her i have only driven her twice... once to the body shop and once back :shock: ) But now the fun begins, and the summer is drawing near as is Z008 so look out, i'm not hard…

Right i have done all the searches but it still not clear to me what the problem is?? All the cars temps and everything runs perfect. So when i am sat on the drive the heat blowing out of the blowers is ok but no where near 40. Then when i start to move it becomes chilli, then i might as well not have it on. Now the pipes that go through the bulk head, 1 is as hot as it should be and the other isnt cold but isnt even warm. So it does seem to be circulating a little, so its as if the little valve that controls the temp is stuck open at around 10d So does anyone have an idea where the valve is. or can it be replaced OR could it be possible it c…

Hey, Was wondering if someone could tell me if the NA only has 4 bolts onto its diff? And is the propshaft 3s71a in the online manual for an NA? And how many bolts for the prop on the back of the gearbox, the difference i'd see on the gearbox mounting to the engine - as i think i have a NA diff and prop shaft. Cheers, Ste

My zed doesn't have these (think it was a cost cutting thing). Can one of you guys tell me how they are attached? If they are bolted on its a bummer as there's no holes for bolts on mine. Would it be ok if I used something like tigerseal to bond them on or is that a bit risky? The force of the wind is quite strong at high speed. (guy behind might get a nasty surprise hit his windscreen!) I'm just annoyed because at 70-80mph the wind flipping resonates over the top and it feels like there's a jackhammer pressed against my head. jay ---

Hi all, Ive noticed a few people have these wings now! Did any of you have problems fitting them as mine dont seem that straight forward looks like alot of work is needed especialy on the lip that bolts on under the bonnet. Cheers

Fitted new T-Top center Bar and the six other pieces of trim that go on the roof, the one's that go down the windscreen, targa's and the short bit by the boot hinge, these bits have been bugging me since I bought the car last April as the garage I got it from had partly stripped the plastic coating off and other bits had worn through and the rubber bits on the targa center bar were total shot.Looking good now.:nana2: :hyper: Paul

Hi Newbie here, trying to get my fairlady tt running! fuel pump controller was burnt out so got some parts from Andy at supercarparts(very quick del!) and now have fault code 21 which I think is ignition circuit but can this be narrowed down? Thanks

I´ve got mine installed from my Z-Mechanic-mate, but I can´t reach him, and someone in our austrian-forum needs fast help with the install. Most important is the name of the hose in which the bov is putten in Does someone of you have a link with instructions for me? Looked at Robo´s and Haken´s site, but couldn´t find... Hi all, My engine is nearly complete except turbos & injectors. My question is can i buy bigger drop in replacements than nismo 555's for my 1991 import tt. Also where can i find a cheap set of adjustable cam gears? Thanx Dan

I've decided to try and ave some money and refurb my turbo's. Been phoning round like crazy trying to get prices for repair kits, when I find this little chesnut Rebuil Kit Thought it was quite a bargain. So I bought 4. Will let you all know how it goes.

Just wondering when I put in the front ducts, if I have to rewire some new fogs?
