hi people...... can anyone tell me how to remove the oem fan blade? looking to fit asi rad and electric fan soon. have tried a search but found nothing. thanks, alan.

Hi guy's Just got some UK clocks and was wondering if I have to modify them in any way to fit into my imported z and read correctly, had the origional jap clocks moded to clear top speed alarm and read mph although dials still read kph. thom

Ok... Symptoms.... Nast crunching noise when the car is cold going over bumps etc. Noise comes from the front end on the drivers side. Doesn't appear to be the gasket on top of the shock. Now developed a vibration when driving around 60 (quite sure it's not wheel balancing) Have to apply torque to the steering wheel when going in a straight line down the motorway, sometimes right sometimes left (rather like driving in a cross wind, its a bit 'floaty' I can feel some movement in the wheel from side to side but not top to bottom. Any ideas what i can look for first ???

Just a quick one. What battery is recommended and how much should i be looking at paying for it?? Cheers:)

Can someone point me in the right direction for a 1991 wiring loom for my z32 but not the ones on z1 motorsport.... any where else?

Need to get a couple of tyres on the front of my motor. The current tyres are 225/50 zr16 Can I change the aspect ratio to a different one?

Just thought that I post a couple of snaps of my Baby after her trip to the health spa.... She's now totally regenerated and has a new lease of life. 1. New Tein Superstreet Shocks and Springs 2. Tein EDFC (a toy really) 3. HKS Oil cooler 4. Timing belt 5. Complete respray in Halcyion Atlantis (TVR Blue/Green flip colour) 6. sparco Hoses under the bonnet. Total cost £5200 for the lot.... Expensive but OHHH so worth it. One problem the body shop broke a piece of plastic where the LED rear break lights are...anyone know where I can get a new one and how much it'll be? Tuning the Z to the level I have gone to has taken a lot of blood sweat and tears and not to even mention the £££££££ over the last 8 years.You will never know just how much of a handfull it is unless you sit behind the wheel and wind those Greddy TD0518G turbos to 30+psi. Today it was blue sky the roads were dry and the air temp was just right and I have to say in all honesty what an absolute pleasure it is to drive at full chat it make me realize just what I have created and in all honesty she has been worth every penny to make her what she is:nana2: A genuine 586 horses and 550 lbs of torque on pump gas ( still awaiting dyno sheet) but they cant be telling lies:)

Is it possible to fit an aftermarket Vacuum Reservoir for the clutch. The reason i'm asking is that to fit the 2 tanks from the car I broke looks a nightmare. Has anyone fitted a tank somewhere else? Cheers John

Anybody got one installed in thier zed and if so can they reccomend any particular brand, there is a few on ebay but i don't know what im looking for so can't decide if they are any good. tempertaure gauge moves up and down, also the boost wont go over 0 or sometimes 1, how do i solve is this safety boost?

Hi, I've been searching and searching for this front bumper. Does anyone know what it is? The unknown bumper Where I can get it from? I know it's not a veilside ec1 or a Strosek made front bumper because of the lines, shape etc.. It's not the only one I've seen either, so it's not custom. hi guys i'm new to the site but i was wondering if i could pick your brains! i just bought a 91 300 turbo with a blown head gasket. the gent i bought it off started stripping it but was told if his head gasket went he would need to replace piston rings aswel!!! sounds a bit suss so i asked him if he'd boiled the knackers off it and he said no. has anybody else heard of replacing ring just cos a head gasket went. all comments greatly recieved.thanks batesy

Right ive had most of the interior trim out of my zed today. Trying to fix a few niggles, managed two but two more still elude me. Anywho, i noticed there is like an access panel on the trim panel underneath the steering wheel, about 2.5" deep and 4" wide it had two screws on the back of it but looked like it could be popped out for some piece of OEM equiptment to be fitted. Does anyone know what this is/was/should be for? Ive takent he screws out and popped the plastic off to shove my dam turbo timer through, PITA peice of kit, but it just seems to fit. Anyway, anyone know what this does?

Had a nice cruise of around 500miles to my Folks in Scotland for thier birthday this weekend and had such a nice time driving up (even in the snow) Everything on the whole was fine which was ace :) Just 1 small thing which i had before it went away for abit now returned! Steady foot at motorway speeds just keeping the same speed and power then feels like Petrol stops pumping for a second so 0 power then the power is back again! Only happens when im going at a constant! but when i had a blast using the Tubs then just slowed back down eg 70boost to 90 then slow back down its fine for say 10-15mins then happens again but other times may not happen for an entire t…

replace my heater matrix on my nissan 300zx 1991 rhd manual the car has aircon and is a jap import i have searched the forum and it seems it is a dash out job most places are quoting 40-50 for the replacement part i have no experiance with these and its my first one currently it has had a bypass pipe fitted if anyone is local to bristol and done one of these before i would be happy to pay you to do the job or even if you could just lend a hand. :) thanks Ben

Hi, I spend most of my time poodling around in the zed and like to turn the boost on high when I fancy a blast! My profec eo1 has to go through a menu and then select high boost and go from there, I know there is a high boost button availabel for this but I fancy a change! So what other boost controllers out there have a button just to select high boost?
