  1. 94p here optimax. 15 quid in the bimmer doesnt even get it out of the red light. Although its a bit stupid as nearly a the whole lower quater of the tank on the guage is all red lol.
  2. It could be the clutch gremlin, he is located as in pic below. He usually puts pressure on the clutch to provide a stiffer better feeling pedal, you need to feed him every 10k miles, it's something that was missed out on the owners manual by nissan, so they can sometimes starve. AFAK you can not replace them once they are gone as they are very hard to source. If you can not see him under your bonnet, it's more than likely he has gone, or you could try making a noise like a cheese sandwich to see if it attracts him.

On the original thread predator motorsport are pretty good. Personally I would just get some lengths and bends of stainless with clamps and weld up some straight through pipes. My zorst on my 300 had no baffles, straight through pipes from front to back, did have to rear cans but I took all the baffles out of them. Most exhaust places will weld you up a couple of pipes for say 90 a side? I know bells in swindon used to weld me up stainless replacement pipes to take out cats and centre boxes etc for about 60-90 quid.

Marcus when are you letting me spray that bumper!
  5. 75k the engine should no where need a rebuild, turbos perhaps if they have had a hard life, but if the engine is looked after and serviced when it should be then there is no reason why it shouldnt last well into 120k+ 75k ish is usually the time for niggly things to start going. I would just get your car looking nice as you want to, spend the cash on any possible areas that could develop rust (small bubbles etc or chips) to keep the bodywork mint, keep her serviced well, and a little in the bank if things do take a turn for the worst, no point in rebuilding an engine just for the sake of it, (unless you are upgrading everything in the engine) do it when it needs it.

  8. Mmmmmmmmmmmm beautiful women, there was a ****ing beaut in the gym today mighty mighty fine (dribble) time for bed.
  9. Lmfao, this almost seems like I could have posted this thread, with my usual track record of drunken abuse, insulting GTR chairmens, MR2 drivers, etc etc. Chris, made me chuckle mate :) Gotta love it, oh and Vinnie, welcome to the board
  10. I can change the tubbies on the Z no probs, as long as someone else takes the engine out lol :P but seriously, I thought that too, but going on past experience and replacing tubbies on ovlovs, 200sx's and various renaults I thought I'd put that one down hehe.
  11. Living together for about 5 years? daughter of 3 years ahhhhh, haven't got married yet, still saving up the 25 grand we need!
  12. The center of my dashboard near the window squeeks and clicks, think its rubbing against the window, and the pastic surrounds on the sides of the leather seats can creak against the leather a little. These cars of full of noises, it's all part of it! Have you got the famous fly-wheel rattle on shut off? sounds like a diesel engine turning off lol? and the noisy air pump on startup? to name but a few! They are all normal noises :) even E46 has them.
  13. Tints, few stickers on the wing, on the dually Great Western Way going toward drive through Macdees and on toward Kembrey Park, came past you in an M3, but you didn't play :( ;) Just exciited to see a fellow Z'er
  14. If I got the right tools and know where everything is I could pretty much do anything too, the thing I do have is a real good memory, so I'm never too worried about how far I go. My theory is as long as you put it back how it was, what can possibly go wrong! So replacing new parts is the same, as long as it goes in right and everything else goes back together right then no probs! Im also pretty good with car electrics, but anything really serious and I can't go on without the wiring diags.
  15. Hehe, it does make it more enjoyable! How is yours going, haven't spoke to you since before you were going to collect it!
  16. Hi Mate, Yup, been thrashing it around town, well not really only had it out on the town a couple of times and you wouldn't beleive the sort of cars that try to bate me into a race thinking its a 318 with an M badge and kit on! There are a lot of fakos in Swindon, so they think i'm one, which is great, it makes playing all that more fun :) Still want to get a Z again tho sometime :)
  17. That is shit guys what were you thinking lol!!! ruined Axel F totally lol
  18. Hey Roy, you ever sell that racer? I need a spare one now lol, probably long gone I bet!
  19. yup done 2212
  20. Yup I always thought that, when ever i let someone drive off in it (parents borrow it, missus whatever) I always thought how nice it looked when moving! NM mate, at least you got a new toy to look forward to playing with soon!
  21. Nice pub right next door too, do some nice beverages and top food :) :duffer:
  22. That's where I take my car to get it serviced / fixed :)
  23. I luuuuuuurve M5's. Wasn't after an M3 I was after an M5 when I bought this. I looked at loads over a few months and never fouind a goodun. Most I saw had EDC probs, and I wasn't prepared to pay 3k to get the suspension done. Only a 3.8 tho never wanted a 3.4, very stunning cars. In my hunt I ended up talking to M3 guys and even ended up seeing a few on my travels, ended up falling for the coupe :)
  24. He he nice mate, I just need the road one to get up some good speeds. I used to have a full suspension set up but sapped too much power when building good speed i found. Do love mountin biking too tho, my last ones dead atm, jumped down about 20 steps in it and completly killed the rear rim :S it was only a cheap one mind.
  25. Yeh thats the best one, they sint too bad, just a little quiet compared to this place! Seats sound good mate, have fun when you pick it up mate ;) and get some piccies up!!!
