My ZX has the strosek style front bumper, so may not be possible to get in from the corner lense, will have a go!

Is this possible without removing the bumper, or is it just easier to remove the front bumper and get access?

Yes think i'm gonna knock the 99 spec inserts on the head, maybe concentrate my efforts on a bi-xenon conversion with new projectors makes more sense

Thanks, I notice that Z centre no longer do these, part of me does wonder if doing the 99 spec inserts is actually worth the effort!! Might just chrome the standard inserts and go with that... afterall they will never create the same effect as genuine 99 seconds headlights.

On this boat today, to avoid these clips breaking once you put them back oil the screw and fill the clip with oil, then multiple turns left and right to reduce resistance / clean the thread.... When you finally tighten them as soon as you feel they are pinch tight stop, otherwise they will split in 2, I found the 2 end ones can take a touch more tightening without splitting because they are encased by the rubber end caps. You will know what I mean if you've removed the targa strips!!

Yes:), and it sounds so sweet after replacing one of the injectors and cleaning all the injector plugs / pins on each injector, well worth the effort!

Those Merc's look sweet as Richard:), problem with colour choice is that it is hard to be 100% on any one colour as there's so much to choose!! I have seen a few Zed's done in millenium jade and i'm not really convinced, Palladium silver looks great on a lot of Merc's, seems to be the colour if choice on C63's!

If you want to be a bit different have a think about some of the Mercedes colours, eg palladium silver / cubanite silver
